The hours listed say you open at 10 am weekdays. It’s 10:14 am on a Friday– I’ve been here since minutes before 10 and no one is here, no one answers phone… Pretty crummy business. What a waste of time and a joke.

Complete Nutrition is awesome and Dave Lakin and his staff are wonderful! They are knowledgable and really listen to what you may be looking for. They are very kind and don’t try to push product on you. The staff is super helpful if you have questions and they truly enjoy educating their customers. Their prices are reasonable and you will leave with great product. If you haven’t checked it out, do!

I’ve been going to Complete Nutrition regularly for over 4 years for their «Tone» Supplement, but have since become hooked on their BCAA’s, Proteins, preworkouts and several others sups. The staff at this location is very knowledgeable about nutrition, fitness, and their products (something you can’t really find at GNC or the like). Also, it is now a franchise rather than corporately owned and operated, and the new owner is awesome, the prices of the sups have gone down, and their are way more specials than before (bronco event discounts, civil service discounts, BOGO specials listed on their FB page, etc.). They have also expanded their inventory to include some great new lines (MP, Natures way, Skinny girl, etc.) Love it! Will continue to be a repeat customer.

Really like the supplement selection. There always seems to be staff that is on top of all the new product good and bad. They take the time to listen and recommend the right stuff so far. The prices are the only thing i don’t care for. You can find these things much cheaper on line, but you cant talk to someone with real life experience about the products. That i do appreciate. Pre order your Titan protein, its never in stock, because it works!

Reminds me of another overpriced commercial supplement store. Very nicely organized, very pricey, but wonderful people who work there. Didn’t have what I needed, but did leave with a free sample of a post workout drink.
Not the place for us for our supps, but maybe it will work for someone else.

So I go here on a whim one day, trying to look for some meal replacement shakes. The sales person is great! She gives me some free samples and even a shake bottle with the sample in water mixed up already. I loved it and the next day went back and bought one of their products. There was never any pressure to buy anything. I often use one of these shakes as a meal replacement after an intense workout and it fills me up. Every one at the store is very helpful, and as I said no one every pressures you to buy anything. I will be back soon. Everyone is trying to sell weight loss products, so thanks for the NO pressure attitude when I came into your store.
