If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would. I wanted to upgrade from the iPhone 5 to the 6, and the salesperson treated me like I couldn’t add and subtract. I have a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and received an A in Calculus — but she talked to down to me — couldn’t explain the plans clearly — and treated me like a feeble-​minded imbecile.
She’s the imbecile, I broke the contract, and walked next-​door to Version.

With the holidays coming this kiosk called AT&T retail store has been a nightmare for me. I bought an IPhone 5c for my daughter for Christmas. And when I got home and I opened the box and I noticed the screen was scratched. So I brought the phone back to them on the next day and the store manager Brody Cooper I think was his name wasn’t there so David a useless salesman called him on the phone. And they refused to exchange the phone for another one. Saying that I damaged the phone. While I was on the phone talking to «the store manager» David dropped my phone in front of me and the rest of the customers. Their final answer to me was to deal with the Apple Store. Don’t bother to waste your money and time at this unprofessional and dishonest place.
