CO-Brew

Co Brew is the Bomb when it comes to homebrew supplies and brewing sessions. Jana and Jamie are some of the nicest, down to earth people you will ever meet!
Their store is extremely clean and they have great beer on premises that they brew.
Whenever I need something beer related, this is where I go.

Found this place by chance. I will be using this as my primary store from now on. They also have a sitting room with a bar, which is great for the wife who usually hates going to the LHBS with me. They had everything that I needed as well as a lot of rare items that I have never been able to find (like certain hops and yeast). They like to talk to their customers about brewing. Very helpful and fun experience.

Great environment and super nice staff, but this place is extremely overpriced. I get that it’s in a prime location and that probably explains some of the mark-​up, but a 48 empty bottles for home brewing should not cost as much as 48 bottles full of beer. The equipment is also double the price of what other local brew shops around town charge.

Great time brewing with Tony and Kellan. Super helpful, really knowledgeable, made the whole process fly by. Just bottled and very excited to get back and Brew again. Besides brewing, they have great beers on tap and fantastic grain room.

I’ve never brewed before in any capacity. I took a brew session at CO Brew with a friend and had a great time! Jamie worked with me on the recipe I wanted, and everything was set up for us when we got there. Tony took us through every step, even giving me a chance to sample different malts to show me the broad and subtle differences between some of them. They guided us every step of the way and answered a lot of noob questions. There’s no pretense or snobbery. (Plus we got to drink beer, while making beer. Had there been steak or wings I would likely never have left.)
We brewed 10 gallons (around 50 bombers) of a farmhouse saison while my friend did a coffee porter. Professional, and laid back. A fun way to spend an afternoon. I’m already scheduling my next session with some college buddies. If you are interested in brewing at all, whether for a hobby or just learning about the process, I highly recommend CO Brew!

As I was riding a bicycle by, my senses were delighted by the sweet smell or wort and malts. Instantly, my hands squeezed the brake, and I followed my nose into this business. Unexpectedly, I discovered a home-​brew shop, where you can enjoy a home-​brew. It was an inviting atmosphere, where you can shop, learn, and enjoy watching the Broncos play. on their flat-​screen TV’s. Cheers.

Fantastic place.
Not only do they have pretty much any item you’d need to brew your own, they have a wealth of knowledge and don’t mind sharing.
These guys are knowledgable, helpful, professional and friendly.
Also — you can drink a few of their house-​brews while you’re shopping. That’s a plus.

By far the best homebrew store I’ve ever been to. As a fairly novice homebrewer (~6 batches under my below) I appreciated how informative and helpful the staff was; Jamie walked me through every step of the brew process and answered all of my newbie questions. Prices were very reasonable. Oh, and did I mention that you can drink delicious house-​made homebrew beer while you shop?! Definitely 5 stars.

I have been waiting for Co-​Brew to open their doors, and on the first of May they finally open the doors. I’ll read a an article about Co-​Brew before they where open and I’ll really like it, because it gave me an insigth of what this business was going to be about. I couldn’t of been more exited about it. Well I was there on opening day and boy was I in for a treat. First of all everything is so clean and yes I know it’s the first day but still a clean place always gives you a good impression. I really like the set up Co-​Brew has come up with. One because you can go inn and buy all your brewing supplies fast and easy. Second if you swing by just to a have a drink you will enjoy the two tv’s they have or the cool board games they have. The beer tasting area makes you feel comfortable, and the big windows allows you to take a good look at the Colorado sky. I had two beers that day and I loved them, I can wait to go back and try more. I will definitely come again and sing up for a brewing class as well. The best part of Co-​Brew is the service the guys are very friendly, and they know tons about beer. Will update review next time I go.
