I’ve lived in Denver for a while but only in Edgewater for a few months and I’m so glad to have found Coda Coffee finally. I’m thankful it’s in walking distance of the park and lake and thus brew delicious coffee!

This place is awesome. Definitely a neighborhood gem! I had the brazilian espresso, which is fantastic! The ladies were awesome, super helpful, and nice! Kudos to the owner,

Coda is awesome! Ali, the manager, had some of the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. The coffee is some of the best around and made here in Denver. They have Beet Box pastries. And, gluten free and vegan options. Seriously, if you don’t try this coffee spot you’re missing out!

Coda Coffee rocks. Edgewater has needed a coffee shop of its own since the old Edgewater coffee shop shut down. The interior has a nice, comfortable and modern design. It’s a place I can find myself relaxing in for a few good hours. The fresh brewed coffee tastes great and will perk you up first thing in the morning. They also have a really cool method of cold brewing their coffee with condensors. My wife, the chemist, recognized them as old school tools, apparently. Coda is an excellent addition to Edgewater.

I am really digging on this place. The design and layout of the store is killer and I really like the merchandise available. I manage a location of a corporate coffee company(them who cannot be named) and I really enjoy the vibes that I get at this store. A coffee shop has always been for me a place where you go to meet and to make friends. The staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable about the product they are serving. I have mainly interacted with Ally and Tanya and they have both carried in pleasant conversation and shared in good taste in music. Edgewater is happy to have you Coda!

They list cold brew on the menu but it is chilled drip coffee. Also they have no simple syrup or liquid sweetener suitable for cold drinks. Get with it coda. Edgewater deserves a coffee shop that competes with the likes of novo and slohi. I guess I will continue to drive to those places until you up your game.

Since Edgewater Coffee Company closed, residents of Edgewater have been looking for another option for coffee other than the chains around us. Finally we have an option, and a great one at that! Coda serves their excellently roasted and brewed coffee as well as espresso drinks. Just like Edgewater Coffee Company you can visit with the Edgewater regulars as well as folks passing through. And they even have flights of espresso! So now we can go to Coda in the mornings for flights of espresso and to Joyride in the afternoons for flights of beer. It’s a great combo!

The City of Edgewater is only .7 square miles, but 25th Street still manages to pack in: a brewery, a dispensary, a liquor store, an art gallery, a dog groomer, a daycare, a yoga studio, 4 restaurants, 3 hair salons, and 2 nail salons. Since Edgewater Coffee shut their doors over a year ago, though, 25th has been sorely lacking in one important category: caffeine. Finally, Coda Coffee has come to the rescue and now I only have to stumble 5 blocks to get my caffeine fix. The store itself is laid out nicely and the people working there have all been friendly. The prices are fairly reasonable too(way better than SloHi’s), which is always a plus in my book. I’m much more of a beer snob than a coffee snob, but this seems like a great place for those of you interested in the ‘craft’ of coffee. They have all sorts of fancy machines to admire and they offer things like espresso flights. Whether you are a coffee snob or not, my suggestion to you is this: come here, order an iced coffee, and be amazed. They take their regular(hot) drip coffee and run it through this long glass coil that looks like a reverse version of a bong that my friends had in college. Apparently it’s called a Graham condenser, and it blew my f-ing mind at 8 o’clock this morning. The point of it is to cool the coffee without oxidation, which in turn makes the coffee taste less bitter. It must work, because my coffee was delicious. Glad to have them in Edgewater!
