Attempted to call in a To Go order on my way to work about 5:30am. I first called when I was roughly 15 minutes out by GPS around Pecos and I-36. First attempt to call phone rang off the hook and eventually went to a fax(squelching noise), hang up and call again. Call picked up first ring this time, «Thank you for calling Denny’s, please hold.» Hmm ok, wait… wait…wait…wait…wait…wait…I have now driven from I-36 all the way across 270 and was on the fly over ramp to I-70…wait…wait…on hold for 10 minutes now… hung up. I am now actually on I-70 heading East two exits from location, call back. Single ring, «Thank you for calling Denny’s, please hold.» Seriously!!! Wait… wait…wait…wait…wait…wait…wait…I drive into their parking lot. At this time I see two workers at the registers, a woman and a man. I hang up(was still on hold) and decide to call again… mind you I am now sitting in their parking lot. Single ring and I see the guy pick up the phone…“Thank you for call Denny’s, please hold”. It was the same voice that had been putting me on hold for the last 10 miles(15 minutes). Meantime I see the woman go out and take care of the 3 tables sitting(two 2 tops and a single). The man finishes what he was doing at the register, disappeared for a minute, reappears and talks to the woman for a minute pointing back to the waitress station, then walks out the front door coat in hand. I was still on hold. Apparently this gentleman was more interested in closing out his shift than be bothered taking a to go order. I decide to see if she picks up the phone or not. She continues to work her tables but never goes back up to the registers, apparently the gentleman didn’t bother to notify anyone that there was a call on hold either. Needless to say, I went someplace else for breakfast and will not give this location the chance to put me on hold again in the future.

We stopped for breakfast on our way back to St. Louis and even on a busy Saturday morning were seated right away. Our orders promptly taken and the food was hot and tasty and served very quickly! Our server was very friendly and she took great care of us! Our coffee never got low or cold! Overall we were very pleased and will most definitely stop there on our next visit!

You haven’t lived until you have had a late night Denny’s experience. I love the vibe in coffee shop style diners like these. Bottomless coffee and plates full of food. There is something homey about these places where the staff is down to earth and fun to be around. Try the super bird!

Horrible, slow, inefficient and ridiculous. Thirty minutes to get a club sandwich. Five waitstaff and one cook. Just plain terrible. Avoid this Denny’s and keep on driving.

Very clean and for a diner, this Denny’s is fancy and set up nice compared to the dozens of Denny’s I’ve been to. Very contemporary in the seating and lighting. But I give it no more than 2 stars because for such a low volume of customers & large number of servers, I had to flag my server EVERYTIME I NEEDED A COFFEEREFILL. And she only had 2 tables.

Horrible service. She barely came by and and didn’t come back to refill our waters. She talked to us(me and my daughter) as if she didn’t want to be there. Now i remember why i haven’t ate at denny’s in a long time. Also i don’t know if the service killed my mood and made the food worst. Because the service you get sets the tone for you experience. But the food also tasted horrible along with the bad service. Won’t be coming back to this Denny’s. And if i dine at another Denny’s i’ll make sure it’s not this location.

My wife and I stopped in to this Denny’s while we were out and about. I ordered the Moons Over My Hammy(sandwich), and my wife ordered the Bacon Avocado Burrito(bacon on the side please). They were both perfect! My hash browns were nicely browned with not a single bit over done. The Moons were hot, tasty, and properly done. My wife is equally positive regarding her burrito. Our server was positive, attentive, and willing and able to respond to our requests(all which were satisfied in a timely manner!) Our compliments to the Grill Master and our Server!

Had dinner at this Dennys location on Thursday November 17th2011 with Hubs. I think the last time I have been to any DENNYs was way back in 2008, but that location was in the middle of nowhere in UTAH. Time was 19:15hrs. We were seated promptly, given the menu and I opt to be seated at one of the booths. Our server name is Rosalind. If I could recall correctly here was what we ordered that evening : * Nacho Salad($ 6.00) * T Bone Steak(My Order)($ 14.79) * Spicy Cowboy Chopped Steak(Hubs Order)($ 8.00) The food came hot. I like the Nacho Salad the best. Perhaps when I was there with Hubs I was starving. My main entrée of T Bone Steak came with 2 sides in which I choose, Vegetable Rice Pilaf and French Fries. My order also came with 2 Toasted Breads. Nothing stellar nothing spectacular. Edible and A-OK dining experience for that evening. To return a maybe but not in a hurry. Absolutely terrible service, cold food, & hair in my orange juice. I would rather drive somewhere else than have frozen hash browns and a server who only stops by your table to take your order and drop off your food. :(
