Walked in and walked right out when I noticed a small Jamba Juice is nearly $ 5!!! Are you kidding me!!! Why did your prices increase so much??? Never ever going to a Jamba Juice again, I much rather support the local juice shop with more reasonable prices!

I asked for extra strawberries and honey last time and they gave me a ton of strawberries and brown sugar. And this time I asked for the same thing and they gave me one strawberry.

Where to begin. I’m the only person here and it literally takes them 15 minutes to make my drink. There were 3 employees working at the time, 2 of which seemed to have no idea what they were doing.
Oh, and they also got my order wrong.

Forget my order and didn’t even come out right after the fact. Short handed and the guy that walked in late just started randomly in the middle of orders and mine gets forgot, with no apology. Always have problem at this location and feel pretty stupid for giving them another shot!!! Will not be making that poor choice again.

It seems the young cute Asian gal was working all alone. She served about 6 ppl at once. Trooper. The store was a little warm and the juicer was down. But it didn’t seem to stop her from hustling juices and smoothies for us. Jamba help your employees out!

I really wanted a smoothie so came here with the two kids. The kids smoothie deal was supposed to come with a pretzel or a pizza roll. They were out of both and wouldn’t substitute anything else they had, like a regular waffle or different pretzel. So weird, and the staff was really weird about it. I’ll stick to making my own smoothies and giving my kids the same frozen waffles they have at Jamba Juice.

I’m not sure why this keeps happening but at least 3 times in the past 6 – 12 months I gave bought a smoothie here and it was not full blended. So i end up with some chunks on the bottom that either clog up the straw or just go to waste.
Just leave it in the blender an extra 10 seconds! I’m already paying $ 5 for some fruit and lots of sugar.
Parking can be a pain at times, small lot. I think you can call ahead to place an order.

If you like Jamba (hint: I do) and smoothies in general, you will like this Jamba. Friendly staff, fairly efficient service and the full selection of tasty Jambas that you love. Perhaps nothing overly notable but w product I love delivered in the way I love it.
If you do not like Jamba Juice, on the other hand, have never understood why so many people love smoothies, only like food from organic farms no more than 10 miles away and owned by Farmer John, then I do not recommend this location.

Finding yourself dehydrated from the altitude? Feeling weak from the massive amount of alcohol you consumed the night before? Head down to Jamba Juice for rehab in a styrofoam cup!
Is there anything better than a little Jamba juice? I think not! Even on a cold day, I will still stroll up 16th street mall to Lincoln to get my Jamba! Every blend of flavors has been spectacular, with the exception of one that had a little too much banana… yuck!
Its a typical kind of smoothie place. Small waiting area and order counter inside with a little patio out front. And that’s all you need!
FYI– Go ahead and get a large! You will want it!

Jamba Juice has been my one continuous obsession throughout my pregnancy. Well, not Jamba Juice specifically, just fruit and/​or veggie smoothies. However, Jamba Juice makes lots of varieties that I really enjoy and it’s always consistent so when I really want a smoothie I often think of coming here first. Sadly, this is the closest location to my house and it’s not all that close. Plus parking is always an adventure in this lot. However, even with that kind of aggravation Jamba Juice never fails to make me happy, which is pretty awesome and the reason that I am a fan of this shop.

I notice that the one star reviews are from 3 – 5 years ago. The four star reviews from 2010 and 2011 seem to be more consistent with the experiences I’ve had at this Jamba.
I actually don’t go to Jamba for smoothies usually. I only get smoothies when it’s hot outside and I’m craving something fruity and cold. What I go to Jamba for is their oatmeal. It’s very, very good. They actually cook steel cut oatmeal in soy milk overnight. There are various ways to top it, but I almost always get the Berry Cherry Pecan.
Jamba also has coffee and they brew each cup individually. It’s not amazing, but it’s good and does the trick for the commute to work. Oh and it’s about .30 cents cheaper than Starbucks next door.

This is a pretty standard Jamba Juice… I’m partial to the all-​fruit smoothies, but the low-​calorie ones are pretty good too. I’ve never had a bad experience here, nor a particularly notable one.

I’ve been frequenting this Jamba Juice for the last ten years. They know me by name (although I think it’s company policy to ask everyone for their name) & know my standing order. Rarely is the order wrong or not as advertised. These places are a bit pricey for what it is, but it’s also unique and if you have a particular bent in the supplements department, it can really work out nicely.
The only times I’ve had a bad experience is when they seem under staffed on the weekends when all the «tourists» show up after mountain biking the cherry creek trail or running a few laps at Wash Park (did that sound snarky?)
Please bring back the agave nectar and schedule enough trained employees to handle the rushes. Other than that I enjoy this place and continue to patronize it regularly. Get to know the staff and they’ll start your smoothie well before you order and by the time you’ve paid, it’s in your hand.

What a great fucking ICE BOMB! Out of coffee one morning I decide to grab a Jamba POOPSTICK (what I hope to be a JUICY drink) and I order a drink with «only fruit in it» he says, instead I get something that tastes like it has maybe a small HINT of mango, but the rest is all ice — ALL ICE AT 9AM WHEN ITS 35 DEGREES OUTSIDE! JUST WHAT I WANTED OH YES! And then my stomach was aching for the next 1 ½ hrs probably from the rotten fruit they threw in there, who knows.
This is not a proper juice shop!

I’m sorry, I usually do not write negative comments but this is the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to. It’s closer to me than the one in Cherry Creek but I prefer to drive that extra mile (or cruise on my beach cruiser depending on the weather) because the service is horrendous. I know that they tried to do thie best but they were so disorganized (according to some, disorganized has a stronger and more negative connotation than unorganized that is why I chose this spelling). It literally took me 36 minutes to get my 16 oz. Acai Supercharger with an Energy Boost. The place wasn’t really packed but there were more than half a dozen unhappy patrons the time I was there. Three people were working behind the counter but it seemed like something wasn’t clicking in their head that day.
