Wow, first let me confess I didn’t even get in there. I called first to a) give a little background on what I needed «hair-​help» for, and b) to see if an appointment was recommended. The woman who answered could not have been more rude, rushed sounding (don’t answer the phone if you do not have time to talk) or non-​listening. I explained and re-​explained things at least 5 times due to her apparently only half-​listening or half-​interest. She was just like «come in, come in.» It’s like, look lady, if you don’t have the proper services I am looking and asking for, I am not making a special trip to come in. Time is valuable! Why couldn’t she just listen to what I was actually saying and answer «yes or no»? I was not asking anything lengthy or unreasonable. It was as though she were purposefully being obtuse. Very strange. After trying to clarify the final thing (like I said, at least the 5^th mis-​understanding on her part) I just said «Never mind, I don’t think you are the place I am looking for. Thanks anyway.» Then I hung up.
I will never shop at Kim’s Wig Botik. With such terrible customer service on the phone, I would never chance trying them in person!

So I went here wanting to buy a $ 400 wig and they said they would hold it for me if I gave them $ 20. So then I decided I couldn’t afford it so I went back to get my $ 20 and they refused to give me my $ 20 claiming that I had prevented them from selling it because it was in the back room for a week. When they went to look for it they couldn’t even find it! So I said ok well since you have my $ 20 can I have one of these fabric hats… which are probably worth$ 10 tops… right they refused!!! Horrible business the lady then claimed she had never seen me before! I’ve been there 4 times plus I talk kinda a lot… not to be but I would probably be hard to forget… I have a lot of good stories Plus I came in with my sister this summer for her wedding… welcome to America Kim’s wig Borik learn how to do business please

I purchased a wig from this shop and was treated well by the staff. Kim went to «the back» and brought out a wig that I liked and thought was attractive. I did not handle the wig, as she put it on for me. I wore the wig the next day and could not wait to get back home to take it off as it smelled like moth balls and old storage. I brought it back to the store and complained to her. She took the wig, sniffed it and claimed she could not smell anything, however, she said she would wash it, as «you never know what chemicals the manufacturers use in the wigs.» Well, when I got it back, of course it had the aroma of shampoo and hair spray but there was still that old odor underneath. It wasn’t long (about 24 hours) before moth balls became the dominant odor again. I have purchased wigs for 15 years throughout battles with cancer. This is the 1^st such experience I have had with a wig retailer. The kicker for me was that she pretended nothing was wrong. «When a person shows you who he/​she is, the 1^st time, believe them.» «Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me!»

After battling 2 months of massive hair loss, my wife decided to look at wigs to boost confidence. We arrived from Oklahoma (6 hours) in the morning as they opened. All three of the women in the shop catered to my wife needs. Above and beyond what we expected. They took her step by step through the process and styling. Kim styled the one for my wife to wear that day and worked with us to get her all the accessories need to keep it in great shape. We will definitely return. Thank you ladies for the help can’t express the gratitude.

From the moment I stepped in the store the customer service, compassion, thoughtfulness, and care was amazing. I am grateful for this experience.

Kim’s Wig Botik has the best selection, service and stylist you will find anywhere. They are compassionate to my needs. Michelle spent a lot of time to make sure I was happy. I’d never go any place else. They are worth a trip from anywhere. I feel pretty and confident.

The ladies seemed helpful at first, the purchase I made was on sale so they charged me extra to style it so I could wear it. They spoke to each other in another language the whole time so I could not understand them. I am not happy with the purchase but all sales are final. The other reviews are so good that I went in there feeling confident that I would have a good experience but I did not. I do not want to go back there.

Took my friend here to get her first wig and was blown away by the prices, knowledge and the compassionate understanding of Kim and the employees here. They knew exactly what she wanted and helped her get styled and everything! Definitely recommend!

I stopped in today to find a ¾ wig for vacation. Kim helped me, and was very knowledgable. She found the perfect piece for me, and the price was very reasonable. I will return!
