Lugano Wine And Spirits

The owner is such a sweetheart hes always smiling. Never wrote a review before since I’m new on Unilocal but have to on his shop, when we first moved in the lugano apartments I went and got some bottles to celebrate the new place he was very sweet, at check out he was very welcoming he gave us a welcoming gift and helped carry the box to the car. Ever since I’ve only gone in a few times but everytime I go he’s always smiling I love it :)

Store is very clean and organized. The customer service is not that good. I got a bottle of Absolut vodka. Not only it smelled bad it taste horrible!
I called to the store to speak to the owner, his assistance was there and was very surprised to hear that I would like to leave my number and owner call me back.
Of course he never call. I went there next day and his respond was :“It’s not my fault and my store policy is no exchange or refund“
Yes, there was a sign hanging above his counter, so high that you can’t see it right away.
Than he offer me exchange but kept telling me that it is not his business and problem after all.
I pointed out that there is no need to arguing, customer is right. I checked all his vodka inventory but they didn’t look legit. I ask if I can get beer instead. He said he change his mind and I should go.
Wow! I leave in Denver 14 years but never had experience at the liquor store like that!

Great selection of wine, beer, and spirits. The store is nothing super special, but there’s nothing wrong with it. The store is pretty new and still feels like it. It will take a little while for it to «get settled.» It was busy though when I stopped in.
