No refills? Seriously, Chik fila is opening soon next door and I bet they’ll offer free refills. Then we’ll see if this place rethinks it after the lose business!

It’s bad enough you give the worst service I’ve seen in a McDonald’s, you don’t offer free refills on top of that. Your staff act like they’re doing me a favor by taking my order! I needed a reason not to eat here so thank you… Many new options are opening around. Hope you tank!

Airport McDonald’s. Very busy and get your order wrong frequently. Make sure to check your receipt and what they give you. Adequate seating in the area.

After confirming they understood my order(egg mcmuffin with a biscuit instead of mcmuffin bread) & explaining how so many others seem to mess it up, she says condescendingly, «yes sir, I got it». Ok thank you. Got my food to gate to see they put no sandwich at all. Ran all the way back to get it. She handed it to me «sausage mcmuffin with a biscuit»? Yes, thank you. Ran back to gate to discover a fricken ham sandwich. At least they got the biscuit. Idiots.

1. The menu clearly says the meal comes with either fries or a side salad and the girl working the register said, «I don’t think we can do that» when I asked for a salad instead. 2. I ordered the Big Mac combo and they gave me a chicken sandwich. The food was descent, but not worth the hassle. Unfortunately everything else was closed. Also, my order came out ahead of several others, so I’m pretty sure they were hecka pissed(heard some bickering)

Worst food I have ever had and I have been to more than 40 different countries. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal. The sandwich was cold, looked non appetizing. The Coke was totally flat and fries greasy and cold. All went to the trash can. The dining area smelled like there has been a sewage leak, that has not been cleaned well. Should have asked for refund.

They get two and not one because the customer service was actually good. They had poor offering(no Spicy McChicken) and were over priced. They also didn’t have the $ 1 any size drinks.

Worst McD in the country, and it’s not even a high standard. Can’t get the oder right, took 10 mins for ordering. Then the oder number doesn’t match the ticket number. Another 10 mins for waiting. If you are in a hurry, don’t try this place.

Let me down, I stood outside, Watching employees socialize and set up, open time is advertised at 5:00am. At 5:07 passengers began to inquire«Are you expected to open soon?»… Response was, «in maybe 10 minutes…» While employees wandered around, chatting and one supervisor set up 16 cups of OJ on the counter for sale, only to let them remain sitting there. 5:17 opening would cut my time too close and might miss my flight. Fail.

McDonald’s is the best place to eat in a filthy airport. It feels almost acceptable. The service is fast and I was surprised to see the long line disappear so quickly. There are no shakes so I guess I’m being quite generous with this rating.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Completed orders were carelessly tossed on the counter, perplexed customers waiting around for change because the cashier abruptly walked away, unprofessional manager, sauce spewed halfway off the sandwich, and fries spilled everywhere inside the bag. They also forgot to salt the fries.

This location sucks, but due to fact they let me order food after they closed I have risen my rating up one! Slow slow slow service, card machines never seem to work. Grumpy employees, nobody seems to speak English, chaos reigns. Welcome to the I am desperate for gross food no matter what restaurant of the year award winner. Avoid if you can.

This is a busy location at this food court. Be prepared to wait around for your food. I do not recommend coming here if you’re on a time crunch for your next flight! They do have a screen that shows when your order is ready but this can be misleading since the«food preparer person» isn’t quick enough to fill out orders supposedly ready. She took her sweet time getting the burgers and fries for each bag. How annoying! The employees here must HATE their job. It looked like if someone asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce, the staff would cuss them out. I know it’s McDonald’s, but it’s not the worst place to work at! Cheer up staff! You’re feeding us hungry passengers, and we are grateful for you!

Like all airport McDonald’s, the staff is rude or lacks personality and the line situation is super awkward and hectic. However, the food has always been fresh and I’m so thankful it’s reopened in Terminal B. Now, Terminal A is under construction, so go here to get your bagel, egg & cheese fix.

When I visited today the card reader wouldn’t pick up my card number. I was informed that I had to use another credit card or cash as they couldn’t type in the number. That seems like a strange policy. While I sat there and are(after paying cash) I noticed a few other people who’s cards wouldn’t swipe either… sounds like its time for a new credit card system here. So… be prepared to pay cash just in case. As far as the food, it’s the usual mcdonalds experience. The usual confused travelers crammed randomly around the counter but it was fast and the fries were yummy as always. I rarely eat fast good but I’m sure I’m not the only person who loves McDonald’s fries as their guilty pleasure. TIP: There’s no ketchup or other condiments to grab self service so be sure to ask for it when you pick up your food at the counter.

This location is inside of the Denver Airport and among a variety of other food court style options. Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours so we ate lunch while we were waiting for the new plane to arrive and headed here. I opted to just get the 6 piece nuggets with some honey. My husband had a sandwich, fries and soda. Our order was up pretty quickly and we grabbed a seat. My order was missing the honey so my husband went back up to get it from the counter. They asked him repeatedly if he meant honey mustard, and after several times telling them regular honey, they sought some out from the back. The food was okay — typical fast food style. Overall: C+ Associates seem unfamiliar with offerings outside the norm, but if you need a quick airport meal and fast food seems like a viable option — it’s decent.

Update — it looks like this location has either been closed for renovations or is gone. Overall this location was slightly worse than most. Service was iffy and food wasn’t always hot. All that said — I did enjoy a quarter pounder before my flight.

***The prices were not too bad at this airport McDonald’s, but the food was below average; I wish there was another sauce in the Daily Double besides mayonnaise because the sandwich was a tad bland(the meat was dry too even for a McDonald’s); the chicken McNuggets were pretty decent and relatively fresh though I miss the juicier(less white meat) McNuggets that McDonald’s used to sell*** This McDonald’s sits in the United terminal at the Denver airport; there are several other food court options here like a cheesesteak place, a Wolfgang Puck’s, a Domino’s, and so on. Because this McDonald’s is located past the security gates, it is only available to air travelers. I imagine parking at the Denver airport is expensive.

McDonalds… at the airport… yeah… Lets be honest, its early in the morning you are waiting for your plane on Concourse B and where else are you gonna eat? I suck it up and pay airport prices for my greasy sausage mcmuffin and know that it is what it is. The service is lacking. The food is barely food. The place could definitely be cleaner. Bring tums and enjoy :)
