McDonald’s

Waited 15 minutes to get through the drive thru! Typically, good customer service would apologize for terrible service… but not here! Would not recommend this McDonald’s…ever!!!

Every time we have come here the food delivery is slow and the workers including management are rude and non caring. This location is a joke. Especially Anthony the «manager».

Well there is a certain level of quality expected from McDonalds. I expected my food to be hot, it was just warm. My fish filet tasted like it was microwaved, as in my crispy layer was not crispy at all. My fries were not fresh enough or hot. The customer service was a bit lacking, my food was out but I had to wait five minutes or so before the person handed it to me. I was just staring at my meal as others was getting their coffees or sundaes. The dining area need to nice wipe down, but wasn’t actually dirty. Maybe I can blamed it on being understaffed… If this is their normal service. I rather walk further to another location.

Walked in with my 3-​year-​old daughter only to be confronted by a homeless woman. Bypassing that, confronted by disgruntled (incoherent) homeless guy who wanted to fight… Seriously? The staff was completely okay with this… Ended up walking out… Thanks for the superior customer service McDonalds…

Good thing I didnt have to come to this place again. This location is situated for drive thru. I had to go in to wash my hands and it was very awkward layout of all the places I have been to. You have to park and walk to the side street and walk across the drive thru lane. I guess there is another entrance from Colfax ave for all the drunks and peddlers.
I ordered singe quarter punder with drink from KS#3 and she was not in good mood at all. Looks like this is her very first job and didn’t get good customer service training at all. Bad bad attitude.
Well, about ¹⁄₃ way thru my double quarter pounder, it was pretty light and noticed that there was only one pattie. Took it back to KS#3 and she was throwing silent attitude so I opened up the buns to show her the single pattie. She just said «ok» in disgusted mood and grabbed leftover and tossed into the trash like there was germ on it. I just ate ¹⁄₃ of it and she think I was a pig or something? It was her grabbing wrong item to begin with and i was the one getting the 2^nd class treatment. About this time, bunch of drunks off the streets were yelling and talking loud. not a good place to bring kids.
place is clean, looks like remodeled recently and inside was big and nice. Needs good whipping on KS#3 and send her back to charm school.
I know. i know. I’m at McD and what can I expect… lot more than this crap.

It’s a McDonald’s. It’s like every McDonald’s.

I hate to admit it but I dig Mcdonalds breakfast. This is a good location, they r fast and friendly. You cant beat the sausage Mcmuffin for $.99.
