While I can’t afford much of anything at Mojo Wheels, they do carry mostly top end mtn bikes and biking gear. It’s all pretty good stuff which of course, always costs more than the low end stuff. I was there this past weekend to find spokes to replace a broken for my Mavic rim on a Yeti bike. I’d just had an aggravating experience at Bike Source only trying to buy replacement spokes and was hoping the guys at Mojo would be able to help me. (See my review of Bike Source dated 7÷21÷2014). The guys at Mojo are always really cool even if I’m just there to drool over the primo mtn bike stock they have on the floor. They don’t even mind that. This time, they looked at the spoke and said «No problem. Want us to put it on for you also?». Now THAT’S how to talk to this customer! At first I was just going to do it myself, so they took my wheel to the back to match the spoke size. What a concept! Then I changed my mind and said to go ahead and put it on since it would be faster and I could get out to ride. It took 5 min for them to do it, brought me out 5 more spokes as requested and didn’t charge me for putting in the replacement spoke. Guess what? They just won me as a customer for that simple little thing. Bike Source could learn a lot from these guys. The cost of the spokes wasn’t much less, like a $ 1.63 + tax I think, but the point was the way they made me feel when I went in there versus how Bike Source makes me feel when I go there. If I’m just a number to your business, I’ll insure that number is zero. As in zero revenue.

A+ customer service. My 14 yr old son is an avid rider, and knows way more then I do… the staff welcomes his never ending questions and service needs and treats him with respect. Now that he is learning about and doing much of his own service, they guide him through the process in person, and welcome him to call with any questions along the way.

What a great bike shop with great customer service. I bought a new bike in November for my Dad from Bob and he took excellent care of me. He treated me like I’d been a loyal customer for years. I had such a good experience shopping there and was blown away by the variety of bikes they had available. I ended up coming back and picking up a new DH and Trail bike for myself. If you are into mountain biking, this is the only shop to go to.

Awesome shop, I’m new to MTB and came in because their website looked sweet. Went in, browsed, and wanted to try a serious downhill bike just to feel out the suspension. They took my car keys and let me go out on a brand new $ 6500 Specialized bike. I was even encouraged to try out the dirt rhythm section behind the store. I was stoked, and even though I didn’t walk out with anything, I got great vibes the entire time.

If you are into DH bikes or mtn bikes in general go to MOJO wheels you walk in tell them what you are looking for and they hook you up I have just started DHing and these guys have answered all of my questions got all set up with a 2012 specialized demo 8 loving it for sure why would go anywhere else. I also told them that I had a buddy over in Afghanistan that is dying to dh when he gets home what did they do only hooked me up with a stack of bike mags to send to him thanks guys

I just had the guys here tune up my old mountain bike and put road wheels on it, so I can haul my daughter around on a trailer. They were nice, fair and gave me honest advice on the bike. They also finished my tune up job right on time. I’ll go here for all of my biking needs!

i recently rescued a bike from my grandma’s shed and i have been trying to get it in order. i have been to a few bike shops to get odds and ends but this is, by far, my favorite. the guy working there (i don’t know his name) was really helpful and ended up giving me the part i needed since it was so minimal.

Mojo wheels is one of the best mountain bike and BMX shops in the city. I have been shopping here for the past 8 years and one thing has remained constant, dedication to the sport. This is the shop where you go and get your custom ordered downhill bike built. This is the shop where you find all those brands and frames that other dealers say they don’t carry. If you like gnarly straight out of the annual bike guide selection then this is your shop. Be careful its hard to go in there and not drop a few thousand becuase they have your dream rig in stock. If you are in the market for a great mountain bike, need some sound advice on what types of parts/​bikes would work for you then i recommend going here. I noted they carried Iron Horse, Jamis, Titus, Santa Cruz, Specialized, Gary Fisher, and thats probably not all. Also, as a bonus they have BMX trail behind the store that you can test all the bikes on, SICK!

What a great bunch of guys. I shopped around a bit and decided to check them out, mostly because of the brands they carry. Mojo Wheels is very friendly bike shop that caters to all sorts of people. I am a desk jockey looking to revive what used to be a favorite hobby (this means big budget, no skills). They were very helpful and provided some great suggestions up and down my price range. I came in right before closing, took a quick test ride, and was able to get a screaming deal on a great bike. They even threw in a sweet water bottle. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future, either in person or via the internet.

I really don’t need to say anything else. All bike shops should look at Mojo Wheels as they could learn a thing or two. Mojo Wheels is mainly a mountain bike /​downhill shop but they’ll help you out with anything.
Anything you need, they can accommodate.
By far the best customer service I’ve seen in a bike shop.
The customer service is good because the employees know what they are talking about. They didn’t read it out of a book and they wont regurgitate info from a catalog to make a sale. They know their stuff, because THEY DO IT. They’ve bombed down the mountains, they’ve taken the hits in the protective gear and they know how it performs.
