GOTOETAI’S DOWNTHESTREETINSTEAD! I ordered a Colorado Club salad with no meat. $ 8.25 The description on the menu is as follows: Colorado Club Salad — choice of chicken, or deli turkey, or ham, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, avocados, bacon, croutons. I asked if the salad would still be $ 8.25 since I was ordering no meat, and the $ 8.25 is for the salad including meat. The young girl on the phone said…“yes it’s the same price b/c that’s how much the salad costs, and if you are not wanting meat, then that’s your choice.” I asked to speak with a manger that would be willing to discuss this customer concern with me. The young girl simply just put the next young female cashier on the phone. She proceeded to tell me that I should order the Farmer’s Tossed Salad, and I could choose what veggies I wanted to put on it, and it would only be $ 5.50 before tax. So that’s what I did. I ordered: Extra lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, bacon, croutons. She then told me that bacon would be extra, so I said, no bacon. When I went to pick up the salad, the two cashier girls were sitting at a table eating. One got up and helped me while still chewing her food in my face. She handed me the salad in the salad container, no bag, no napkins, no to go fork, no nothing. I looked at the salad and told her that there were no croutons, no extra lettuce, and there were black olives on it that I did not order. She sulked, did not apologize, and sent the salad back and had the line cook just pick out the olives, and then told me they were out of croutons.(I could have picked out the olives myself, the point was, my order was wrong). With no apology, and while they were picking the olives out of my salad, the cashier girl stuck out her hand and said«$ 6.60 please.» I paid with my card. She returned the salad to me, and to my surprise there were now croutons on the salad despite the cashier telling me they were out. I asked why the salad seemed so small when I asked and ordered extra lettuce. She said to me, «I took your order over the phone, you did not ask for extra lettuce.» I didn’t argue, I was now already decided that I was done with this restaurant. Now an older woman came out from the back, and told me, «that I should feel lucky with how much lettuce I did get, because they are out of their normal salad containers, and so they had to give me a bigger one today, so technically there is more lettuce.» I was so appalled at this point, that I took my salad container in my hand(no bag) grabbed a fork in my other hand, and drove away. Those were the facts. These are my feelings. I work at one of the larger businesses in this area, and my employer provides a lot of business to this restaurant. Between our 30+ staff, and our 300+ customers which are at our location daily, there is a lot of daily business that stems from our company, and we often have events at our business that requires catering. Additionally my husband works in the same industrial strip as Off Broadway, and he works for an even larger company, with even more people present everyday looking for a place to catch breakfast and lunch. So to you Off Broadway café: Your staff seemed more concerned with eating their meals, being right, and collecting money than any sort of customer satisfaction. If your business is solid enough with catering, and that’s your focus, not the daily customers for individual meals, than maybe you should reevaluate your business, and cut out the restaurant portion. I encourage you to not nurture in these young cashier girls a position of rude, always right, entitled, lack of customer service approach, but to instead instill and require an approach of pride, customer satisfaction, honesty, focus, and to show them what leadership is so that they too can start tapping into those qualities someday. My experience today at your restaurant was horrendous, and I will not be returning, I will also be posting my experience/review on other social media outlets, as well as passing my experience along via word of mouth here at my company less than ¼ mile away from your business. I will in the future, be ordering my salad from Etai’s. I would also suggest that maybe the focus at your business not be so much on how can we offer no discounts, send out the least amount of food, and charge extra for everything and anything, but instead, how can we produce a plate, that will gain and retain a customer base, and follow that up with impeccable customer service.

Close to work, so maybe I’m a little bias. Lunch rush is busy so get there before its crazy because it can take +15mins to get food. One thing that is true from another review is the ventilation… Can be a little warm…

The reason this place only gets three stars is NOT the food. Food is great! Just get it to go. THEYHAVENOVENTILATIONSYSTEMANDYOUWILLLEAVESMELLINGLIKE A FRENCHFRY. It was so bad I had to change– others noticed at work. When it got smoky in there, I asked the gal«Is the fan broken»? She said«no– it would be a million bucks to put a fan in here, these units are not made for restaurants». So, if you go there to eat and stay, don’t say I didn’t warn you. I had there chicken/bacon/avo club melty sandwich and it was good! Again, a place I will go for takeout and NOT dine in.

Wow, everyone seems to love this place. They must really be starved for good food in this area. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. I have never seen such a thin piece of chicken breast. maybe 1⁄8 inch thick at best. The bread, although tasty, was more like a hot dog bun than a roll or baguette. There was a small cup of marinara sauce, but it did not help much. They have a great looking menu, takes a while to read. A bit pricey, for what I got, it was too pricey. Everything is fresh made and that is a big plus so they get an A for concept, a B for effort, and a C for execution. Sorry guys.

My favorite Breakfast AND Lunch spot. First of all, the prices can’t be beat… They make everything fresh and don’t use any shortcuts! The Colorado Cobb Salad that I get has freshly cooked bacon and homemade ranch… GREEN avocados. The breakfasts are all incredible but my favorite is their mexi omelets. My entire department orders breakfast there every Friday! I can’t say enough about this place. They do it right bay making sure that everything always tastes so good and fresh! They have lunch and breakfast punch cards so make sure you get one… There is also a double day where you can get 2 stamps for one meal. can’t remember which day though… Wednesday maybe?

Ok, So here is my first review, I am always looking for great places to eat fast and convenient. I worked across the street from this lil spot you would never know about. Since I was young I’ve had trouble finding one of my favorite foods, cooked the way I like it. Here I found a gem. A Steak French Dip sandwich w/Au Jus. Now it don’t immediately sound like it’s any different from denny’s or most other chains as such. But what I found unique was the Rosemary Au Jus Dip… Not just plain beef stock warmed to add moisture to the sandwich, it was prepared for FLAVOR. With a very nice blend of spices in the Au Jus, Steak instead of roast beef topped with Mozzerella cheese, Fresh bread, and some great pickles. I also ordered the Homemade chips instead of fries. Sprinkled with a blend of spices including a small amount of red chili, these were also amazing. I will and have been going back since I discovered this place, I am constantly eating different items and everytime I enjoy it! This is a must for sandwich/hamburger eaters, I will not lead you astray. Try it! :)

Great variety but you smell like the Off Broadway all day afterwards. pretty good stuff. I eat here often because I am sick of Udi’s.

Just tried this little hidden restaurant for lunch! I tried the Gyro since the other reviewer said it was good and it really was good!!! It is a small location with a clean & cozy atmosphere, and lots of menu items to choose from. The only thought was the prices seem a little high. I will go back again to try some of the other items on the menu!

This is in Unit E, inside the Clear Creek Business Park. My work is right around the corner & in had to order lunch 2x to go. First time was the gyro. Wow, that was really yummy & the tzatiziki was a little watery, but really delicious. Then the next day, I had the grilled chicken blt on a crossiant. Oh wow, I’m still thinking about it. There’s so much more to try & can’t wait. The office orders lunch from them daily & is rarely disappointed. Was told their burgers & other sandwiches were up there. So glad to try this little gem.
