OTGOS

I stumbled upon this food truck as I was walking to lunch! It was parked on the east corner of 16^th & Cleveland. There was a nice selection of wraps and sandwiches (all products were organic) — but — I chose the salmon wrap. The owner chatted with me and informed me that their salmon was never frozen and was flown in twice a week from Alaska. It was «wild» salmon as opposed to farm raised.
Now most people leave food trucks mumbling with buyers remorse, «I can’t believe I just spent $ 11.00 on this!» Let me tell you — I was completely satisfied with my purchase!!! Wow. I enjoyed every bite of that wrap. The salmon was not only super fresh, but cooked to perfection. I even walked back up to the truck on my way back to work just to let them know how great that wrap tasted… and it took all I had not to order another one!!! If you see this food truck and you love salmon, you have to order this wrap!
I hope they are able to make it out to the same area every Wednesday! I will definitely be looking for them!!!
