I LOVE Panda Express(not this one, but in general) it’s my place to go and if any, I always bring in costumers because I am the first one wanting to go. But not anymore, not to the one in Cherry Creek. I went to eat with my mom just a couple days ago, and while I was eating I found what it looked like a THICKBLACKHAIR in my rice, mind you my hair is not even close to being that thick or dark, and of course I wanted this part of the meal replaced. So I go to the cashier and I explain to her that I’ve found a hair in my food and she tells me in this very condescending voice«Well did you find it just right now? Because most people come to complain AFTER they have finished their food not when they are almost done» I’m just appalled when I have barely eaten by rice and noodles, and maybe half of my meat because I don’t touch the rice until later in my meal and then found it. And I’m just shocked, I don’t try to create conflict ever so I’m like just there standing, she then sends me to talk to her twin sister(one with black hair with pink tips, the rude one had green hair), because she clearly has no time to deal with me. Her sister is a bit more helpful and then gives me my money back and then I leave. I counted outside once I was a bit more calm and she didn’t even give me the right amount. Awful costumer service. If I find a hair in your food, don’t try to fight me because this is clearly not my fault.

Horrible. I work in the mall where this Panda Express is located. I went there one day when I didn’t pack a lunch and when I got back to eat I realized the rice was completely burned. I went the next day and even brought the plate back with me to show them. The girl who took my plate back seemed totally disinterested in what I had to say and even told me she couldn’t take it back. I refused to accept that and stood my ground. She eventually gave me a new plate, but grudgingly. I will not be going back.

Good food but horrible management. They were out of trays and never replaced them during the 45 minutes that I was there. Their ice machine didn’t work. The ink on their receipt printer was so light that you couldn’t read the receipt.

Very accomodating for a large order on short notice, but short on patience! Food is great, plenty for our $$$!

Well went here around 330 the line to wait was ok I guess my only issue with this panda express was the entrees behind the counter all seemed empty so I didnt know what they had or didn’t have other than that, its your standard Panda Express, they do need to fix the wait time they only had one person on the food line and I really dont know what the rest were doing, should you go here sure why not, if your in the mood for Panda Express
