This place is awesome! I lived here for more than 10 months before leaving for a different city, and can say that this apartment complex is great! It’s centrally located to everything downtown and the ball park, is modern, and has great amenities as well. In addition to that, the people at the front desk (Kaytie, Gio, Nikki) are some of the friendliest people you will meet and they go out of their way to help you out. They also arrange for great community building events through which you get to meet and mingle with other residents. If you’re looking for a place to live in Downtown, definitely check this complex out!

Gio sold us on our visit after viewing several apartment complexes on our interview trip in Denver. Will and I love living here– the location, modern features, and cleanliness is just what we were looking for in moving from Alabama. I’ve lived in Atlanta before, and being a young female, safety is a huge concern. I 100% feel safe and secure in this complex and walking around the neighborhood. Walkability/​light rail transit nearby= money saved and easy exercise!
The move-​in special was super generous and the staff is a cool bunch– there’s always something going on. It’s nice to be able to meet new, friendly, and fun faces every week.
If you’re looking for a lively downtown neighborhood this is the place to be.

I have lived at point21 for almost 7 months now. From the beginning everything has been great. There are always resident events where you can meet your neighbors and eat at local restaurants.
I moved here from California for school and having the ability to attend events and meet the staff and other people in the building is awesome. I love the office staff, they all are incredibly helpful and really great people. How many people can say they go into the leasing office of their building on their way in or out just to say hi or hang out for a bit, I do!
A previous review stated lack of parking, but there are several levels of assigned parking for residents and i have never had a problem with that. I also feel very safe in the building since there are locks on every door and plenty of security measures to keep residents safe. There is even nightly patrol that makes sure all is well. My apartment is clean, brand new, affordable, and in a perfect location.
I couldn’t ask for an easier and more positive transition moving to a new state than the one I have had with point21! Thank you!!!

The appliances are smarter than me! I’m so excited to be living in a place that’s walking distance to everything and SAFE. The staff went from being super helpful to the being kind of people I’d love to call my friends. As a new Denver-​ite I feel super lucky to have found this gem.

I currently live here and am so happy with my new place! My very modern apartment has an amazing view. I am so pleased the friendly Point21 staff had me tour this home. My new home has such clean and modern appliances, as well as décor. The building is prime location for any downtown activity. Everything is within walking distance. Nikki and Gio, have been so great and helpful. They are so knowledgable and friendly! It’s nice to be greeted with their cheerfulness, and smiles anytime I run into them in the building.
I so happy with my choice in new home.

Attended an open house last week that was hosted by the staff and the property is beautiful! The clean modern finishes makes it a desirable home for anyone looking for luxurious downtown living. You cannot beat the location being walking distance to Coors Field, all the desirable downtown night life and dozens of restaurants. The common area social space is done very well with lots of functional space and the fitness center has great views from the treadmills. The pool area has a large open space to layout at in the summer and the area is not closed in all the way around by the building, so you will be able to enjoy more hours of rays in one day.
Lastly, the staff could not have been more welcoming and enjoyable to tour the brand new property with!

Awesome staff! I had a client moving from out of state. Whitney was fast and detailed with information. Not to mention the interiors are unlike any others in the area! Great staff and unique interiors make this a awesome choice if your looking to live in Lodo!
