Great little shop with a variety of eclectic items. I bought an adorable tank top today and was tempted to buy lots of their handmade jewelry… going back soon. The owner is very nice and I love shops like this where you feel good about your purchase! Not only in quality but knowing who you are buying from. Check it out, fun shop!

This place has some cute knitted and crocheted stuff. I found a cute winter hat that looked like the Colorado flag. Fifty-some dollars. Found a cute winter headband which was clearly made with much less yarn. Forty-five dollars. Yeah, I get that it’s handmade, but you could get this stuff on Etsy for MUCH less. No thanks.

Owner was awesome and more than willing to help me pickout some jewelry for my girlfriend. Great spot that supports local artists. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Thread is hands down the best shop in Colorado. Ellis Ann, the owner, was one of the friendliest gals in the city that I’ve encountered. She carries high quality, unique handmade goods from over 35 Colorado artists. The best part is she knows many of the artists personally, which is rare to find today in our hectic world of consumerism. I purchased a very nice brass and copper necklace after searching all over Denver for the perfect gift. I know now that I only need to make one stop for any future gifts– Thread shop is where it’s at! One more plus– it has easy parking and is located in one of the coolest unassuming parts of Denver just east of the ballpark.

TIny little nook of as store, maybe a total of 220 square feet, is stuffed full of funky local clothing and jewlery from local artists. I found some great trinkets for the Christmas stocking, Incuding some exceptional ceramic jewelry. Nothing here made in China! Its all hand hewn!

Wow this place is rad! Make sure to take time to browse through and appreciate all of the really amazing talent that went into these goods. We need more local stores like this keeping the money in our communities to balance this crazy economy!

This wonderful boutique offers unique gifts that everyone is sure to love. Everything in the store showcases work created by local artists.(What better way to celebrate Coloradoan’s talents?) Fun and colorful handbags, beautiful ceramics, knitted caps, baby clothes, gorgeous jewelry(check out the butterfly wing necklaces), dolls. .. I could go on and on. The point is, this is the place where you can purchase thoughtful and wonderful gifts friends and family will enjoy for years to come.

This boutique just opened, and promises to become a fast and lasting favorite. Nothing mass produced here– just a great selection of the handiwork of local designers. Jewelry, ceramics, clothing, and much more. Look for the inviting arched entryway and wrought iron gate. I hear that art and craft classes may be offered in the near future.

A cute store with a lot of great products that have been created by local designers. There’s jewelry, clothes, accessories, and housewares. My shopping list for Thread includes little silver earrings, a funky skirt made from t-shirts and other materials, a messenger bag with a little matching zipper pouch, and either a cuckoo clock necklace or one of the necklaces that has a semi-precious stone on fine cord. Looking forward to visiting again to see what new things have come in!
