Amazing experience here! The level of customer service was unparalleled! Currently go to school in D.C., but I will be shopping here for all of my athletic gear whenever I’m home. Everyone was friendly, and Alicia (spelling?) went out of her way to get me everything I needed. Thank you so much! :) Now I’m well equipped to go for a run even in the most bitter cold. Great staff, great store with a wide selection. 10⁄10 will recommend.

I was looking for a specific pair of Nike shoes after losing mine in an airport after a race. I was told on the phone that «no serious runner will wear Nikes» and I should come in for a gait analysis and get better shoes.
6 half marathons and a full marathon in the past 5 months, and I am apparently not a «serious» runner. Maybe I should get better shoes, maybe not. But no one wants to be told (when you haven’t even met me or seen me run!) that they are unequivocally wearing the wrong shoes.
Thanks guys, I will never shop here. Which is too bad for you… because I would have spent a crapload of money.
