Great for grab and go coffee. Usually not too much of a line, especially in the morning. I really like Tully brand coffee, I have several different types for my Keurig at home. Sometimes I like getting a speciality drink and this location hits the spot!

It all started with the previous manager — she was a delight to see when we went grocery shopping. She has since become like family but now she is a checker instead. Still — most of the people working here are so sweet! We look forward to a visit with them.

Once upon a time, I walked into my neighborhood King Soopers to find that its resident Starbucks stand was CLOSED! I was sad, but not too sad, because even though I give Starbucks hundreds of my dollars every year, I am really not a fan. I took a step closer and realized that there was a sign: «Tully’s Coffee opening soon.» The great and mighty Starbucks, replaced by a little-name coffee shop? Oh the shame! To my knowledge, it is the only Tully’s in Denver, although there might be others in the area. Up until the store went in, the only experience I had with the brand was my pre-made coffee packs that go in my Keurig coffee maker — some of the assorted pack coffees were Tully’s. But that’s about it… E and I weren’t really thinking about coffee while we were shopping that day, but a Tully’s employee was going around sampling drinks. I didn’t want one but E made me try it anyways. And then… the world stopped. Pure deliciousness in a tiny sample cup that made my head spin. I demanded to know what it was. E didn’t know. So we went to the Tully’s counter. Turns out that my coffee love is a mocha made with dark chocolate. So does that mean it’s better for me than a regular mocha??? It sure tastes better. A little bitter, a little sweet, EXTREMELY decadent. E got a pumpkin spice latte and declared it similar to Starbucks’ but with more spice flavor than pumpkin flavor. The drink menu is remarkably similar to S’bucks– white chocolate mochas and caramel macchiatos, even– which makes me a tad suspicious. Maybe Tully’s is owned by them? Doesn’t matter, because Tully’s has a mocha made with dark chocolate, and it is sooooo good. It’s pretty much THE only coffee drink I need. If you’re in the area, give them your business! I really hope they succeed.
