When I walked in, I explained to the person helping me what I was looking to do. We discussed several ideas and I picked one with some changes. When I picked up the item, the process was pretty smooth and all looked good to me.
When I got home, we noticed something wrong about how it was setup. (Nothing with the frame, the frame was perfect). I could have made a mistake or FastFrame did. In either case, they were able to modify the items in the frame that same day and all is good in this life.
I am all about service and recognizing that mistakes happen by vendors and customers and how they respond to those mistakes, not looking to put blame on someone else.
So I have given them four stars which would have been five but it was really expensive. I don’t know if that is the norm for picture framing.
I would go back again.

Fast Frame is one of the best framing stores I have been too. Yes the prices are high compared to other stores, but that is because the framing here is done right. Framing is more than just slapping some wood around a picture. It involves the right type of glass to the right way of mounting so that you don’t hurt your picture over time. If you have any piece of art you love, and want to last, then take it here. Yes you will pay more than buying something off a shelf, but you will also get something that lasts for a lifetime and will keep your art safe for a lifetime too.
