STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The woman who is managing this place is out of her mind. she put the wrong frame on my items and vehemently denied it. She put this puke colored frame on regardless of the fact that I selected a silver frame. She then told me that she has been at this for 35 years and she has never made a mistake. Is that even possible? What a ridiculous assertion. She was a bitter nasty person and told me that there is ‘something wrong with my brain!’ Now that is customer service at it’s finest!
She refused to change the frames to the ones I actually asked for unless I paid the full price again!
You can see where the attitude comes from if you look at the owner’s response to Andrea’s review below. Shocking that these two manage to stay in business.

I took four pieces of expensive art (one painting, three photographs) to be framed. Not only was the owner knowledgeable, but she was excited by the work. She handled everything with extra special care. The framing was beautiful. Her suggestions, from the color of the matting to the type of frame, made each piece pop. I’m so happy that I found this little gem of a store.

Could there be anything less than 1 star?
This place is disgusting. Not only do they have outragous pricing, but their selection is very limited. I guess that’s so they can fit all the random other junk they try to sell there like furniture and rugs? I mean seriously? there was dust on everything and the woman inside couldn’t be anymore rude.
I guess it’s my fault for not realizing what I was getting into because they have random garbage all over the windows and in the store front. Quite possibly the least professional business I’ve ever encountered.

I had some issues to begin with, but they helped me out wonderfully. Everything looked beautiful and was done very well. I got some pins mounted and framed. I also got a Chinese thread picture framed. These things came out really nice and I could not be happier. The customer service was great too. The service was quick.

I had a coupon and decided to give it a try. Most of the frame stores I went to showed me low end frames for a higher price than they were worth. Went to this place expecting the same thing. I brought with us 3 pictures. My biggest problem is that I know what I like and don’t like, but cannot envision what would be great or not so great. The owner, Farida, gave various suggestions on frames and mats. She let us talk while listening to what we thought. Then she gave 2 suggestions for each pictures. We picked them up on Saturday. Oh my goodness, they were better than we thought. Some friends & family came over and all said the pictures look fabulous. I plan to go back with a few more. Cannot say enough about how repectfully she treated us – knowing we came in as blank slates.

Dealt with «Frieda». Very attentive and conscientious assistance. It is clear that they are intent on doing the best job possible and make every effort to please. Good attention to detail. I had no concern about leaving old and rare photos in their care. I would be a repeat customer without hesitation.
