I’ll admit I was a little skeptical of what we’d get when we arrived at 7 am the morning of our move. My customer experience with U-Haul up to that point was pretty poor — rude phone and chat representatives and multiple dropped calls and abruptly ended support chats. You can imagine my surprise when we were greeted by Nicky, who seemed to be in charge, with a smile and a surely-caffeine-fueled«GOODMORNING!!!» Our truck was ready, and she reviewed all of our online-booked reservation selections to make sure they were correct. She was the definition of «service with a smile» and seemed to have this U-Haul location running like a well-oiled machine. I’d highly recommend this U-Haul location if it remains under her leadership. Exceeded all of my expectations!
