YAY! I have worked WITH them before. Now I can tell you about my personal experience…
On Sat, a member of my family needed help. We called 911. While we were still on the phone, you could hear the ambulance and fire truck coming.
The team was extremely knowledgeable medically. Very good and kind at conveying the severity of the situation. (and you know what they say about firemen? YEP all cuties)
Did their job spot on. (perhaps for once I can type that I am happy I live in Des Plaines)
