I think this may very well be the first 5 Star rating that I have given! Fresh Corner Café deserves it. My usual go to is the is the walnut, feta cranberry salad with balsamic dressing! I hurried to get it, but to my dismay it was gone. No worries, I let my bravery seep through and I tried something different, the delight I am seated in front of right now is called the Fetalicious Greek Goddess, it is all that and then some. Noam and the guys and girls at Fresh Corner are salad dressing geniuses. The feta is truly in abundance, the romaine leaves are crunchy and fresh, the tomatoes and the yellow peppers marry with the dressing (always a secret) to create a spark that pops in my mouth. WHODATHUNK that a salad could be this good. I am not on the vegetarian train fully, but with salads like these I am holding a ticket and the driver of the vehicle is Fresh Corner Café!
