From the moment we walked into the store we were not treated well. We encountered two employees during our 10 minutes there and both of them were not happy. Not a single smile the whole time we were there. I asked a question to get some clarification and they were not helpful at all. Then we got our pizza(ordered a Hawaiian chicken pizza) and headed home to eat it. We got back and opened the box and the pizza was not what we expected. First, they forgot the chicken. Second, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Last, it was too greasy. Yes pizza is suppose to be like that, but it was a little over the top. Definitely not the pizza hut we liked.

It’s a chain so don’t expect a whole lot. I ordered off the online option took a little bit would have been faster to call but hey I like technology. Tried the stuff crust it’s ok nothing amazing. I would rather go to dominos if it wasn’t for the stuffed crust my S/O enjoys

I want to love their pizza, especially their $ 6.99 anything deal. We are having constant issues with the wrong toppings on our pizza. out of the last 5 times, 4 have been wrong or missing, usually we can overlook it, twice we have called for the correct pizza to be delivered. Last time 12÷23÷15 we had a half and half pizza that was delivered as one side whole, my daughter does not like anything but cheese, and picking off toppings is not a valid resolution. I spoke with the person over the phone and explained to them the situation, they said they would have one out in 30 mins. Hour later we got a skeptical manager calling the house asking what was wrong and he wanted the other half of the pizza back. Weird, not really making up for the mistake either, but whatever. Drivers are always very nice and friendly, Pizza is always good-when right, managerial wise they suck, no reason to give a regular customer the third degree. Think we will have to go to other chains for now on.

We ordered two pizzas, went to pick up and many customers were having problems with their orders. Only one of our pizzas was ready the other would take 15 minutes. So asked for the manager and the girl said he is out. Asked for a refund and they suddenly found the manager who hesitantly refunded the money.

The hubs ordered two pizzas online and they were ready when he picked them up. The staff was nice and gave us plenty of condiments to go! I haven’t had Pizza Hut for awhile and was really surprised by the new crusts they offer. The hand tossed garlic butter crust has a good texture, flavor, and oozes a little bit of buttery goodness when you bite into it! The hubs wishes it was more doughy but I like it better because of that. I prefer not to be so stuffed from the crust so that I can have another slice! Hand tossed crust with creamy garlic parmesan and grilled chicken– a bit heavy with the parmesan sauce but really good! The chicken was a tad dry but they gave a good amount of it. Hand tossed crust with marinara sauce and sausage– my favorite of the two pizzas. The highlight was the drizzled honey sriracha sauce on top! Spicy, sweet, and finger lickin’ good! They didn’t skimp on the sausage either. Great lunch and I can’t wait for the leftovers!

2 stars rating is right! We placed an online order yesterday for a future time pick up. Order was placed around 5:30 and pick up time to be at 7:30 I guess the employees have a misunderstanding of what pick up time means? When we got there at 7:30 they didn’t even start making the order yet. We had to wait for 15 – 20 min upon arrival. What’s the point of placing an order way ahead of time if nobody was going to follow up on it? At least they didn’t mess up on the actual order.

About 20 – 30 minutes later I called back, all employees were busy taking orders. Guy picks up and says«delivery or carry out?» I said«the oven works» and he says«yea uhhhhhhh, hold up» then placed me on hold for another 5 minutes. The order arrived almost cold 40 minutes after it said it was on its way. Cheese on the cheese sticks on so burnt and crispy it has no taste. I guess they ran out of cheese I had cheddar on the regular cheese sticks, which were also burnt and hard to chew. I’ve given this location chance after chance to get it together but it seems they cant. I’ve never asked for or received any credit, which is ok but the manager and the employees here clearly don’t care. Its almost as if they show up just for a check and have to bothered to answer phones and fulfill orders correctly. Pretty sure if less people would complain you would order and get nothing, transferred and put on hold various times until you hang up. This is really really bad, and its been this way for years.

I havent ordered Pizza Hut in a long time from this location and never will again unless the quality is checked before it leaves the store as if it were being delivered to their home. The pizza was good but the pasta and cheese sticks were seriously lacking. The pasta not only was dry but had a long hair in it. If I had seen it before we ate the pizza I would have asked for a full refund and they could’ve took the food back. I HIGHLYRECOMMENDTHEUSEOFHAIRNETS. We first called the store about the cheese sticks because they were way overcooked. Then when my son found the hair in the pasta which was still in the container, I was disgusted. He was the only one eating it and I watched him pull it out. I felt so bad. My kids father called again and spoke to the manager but apparently it did not go well and he felt that the manager hung up on him so he drove to the store. The manager ended up getting belligerent from what I was told even after he was showed the burnt cheese sticks. He was asked if he would be happy with the same food sent to his house. He didnt respond professionally as a manager should’ve. The last thing he told my kids father was for him to get the f**k off his floor. Never again will we be ordering from here. After hearing about the manager I don’t even blame the workers. It seems they have horrible leadership. Lead by example buddy… We will be sticking to Dominos.

Ordered from Pizza Hut for pick up. When i got there the pizza was ready. Unfortunately they added mushrooms by accident. I did have to wait while they remade the pizza, but they understood and offered me the pizza for free. At least they have good customer service. I will be returning.

We really should have listened to the reviewers of this Pizza Hut on Google. We were staying at The Holiday Inn in Diamond Bar, and we called to order for delivery. The phone conversation was fine, and the gentleman I spoke to was very professional. They delivered the pizza & wings to our hotel room in a timely manner. The problem was, when we actually opened the pizza & wing box to see what they looked like. The pizza was average but the wings were a disaster! We ordered the 8 piece wings, and I’m not even kidding you, there were 3 – 4 pieces of those wings that were literally the size of a nickel. I get that they were trying to maybe get rid of the little pieces, but come on you guys! We did not pay $ 7 for 8 wings. We paid $ 7 for 4 wings and that is completely unacceptable. I was not impressed whatsoever.

Not impressed here. There was like 4 – 5 workers and only one person working the rest of then were out side taking a smoke break not doing a damm thing. There was one good worker«Chris». The poor guy dropped our pasta trying to hurry with our order(which I can I can understand shit happens) and when my friend asked for some sort of discount to compensate for the wait and no sense of urgency, he gave some BS story and offered bread sticks(which already comes with the order we had) the manager«Aaron» is the worst manager I was trying to talk to em and he told the good worker«Chris» that he was on a smoke break and couldn’t come out to greet a costumer. So hopefully this gets to the owner I usually give out good reviews but common how hard is it to serve pizza lol

This location deserves a –5 stars. Pizza came in cold and sloppy. Bread sticks were hard. Wings were cold. Pizza delivery was late the first time. Alex(apparently the manager) came to deliver the second time. Took the pizza that he brought the second time because too much of the pizza from the first order was eaten. After waiting for 1 hour and he came and didn’t even attempt to make it right. Of course the first pizza is gonna get eaten with 5 hungry guys who haven’t eaten for a few hours. This is probably the worst Pizza Hut. Not sure what kind of quality check Pizza Hutt does but this place lacks experience and professionalism. They are always out stuff and do not know anything about customer service. Their manager on duty has no idea how manage and handle situations. Most employees are clueless. They have no warmer so when the pizza is out of the oven, it stays on a shelf and if you are a bit late you will get cold pizza.

Pizza Hut on my cheat day is my fav! So cheesy and greasy. I don’t know why, but I just prefer over any other pizza. Customer service is a hit or miss at this location however. I live pretty close so I do carry out because it’s cheaper. A few times I’ve gone in and they’ve thrown in my soda and ranch for free. Thank you, so sweet(; Although they are forever out of cheese and peppers. Umm I think that should be mando at any pizza spot? Sorry Diamond Bar Pizza Hut. I feel bad for you cause your manager sucks! Skinny brunette with a fucked up manicure and a fucked up attitude. I place my order over the phone and she tells me, «Call us when you get here so we can open the door. IT’S FORSAFETY» I arrive and call the store as instructed. Me: «Hi I placed an order over the phone and I’m here to pick it up» Manager: «Okay. And?» Me: «Um well you told me to call you when I’m outside» …She’s the one that told me to call! She unlocks the door and tells me again IT’S FORSAFETY. She gets my pizza then rings me up. Me: «I’d like 3 sides of ranch» Manager: «Well they’re gonna 50 cents each» (Like I couldn’t afford it or something) Me: «Okay.» (As I hand her a $ 100 bill) Manager: «We can’t give change for that at this time. IT’S FORSAFETY» (Umm it’s the end of the night, you don’t have any change? Weird.) So my boyfriend pays in smaller bills. Me: «May I have some cheese and peppers» Manager: «Sorry we ran out» (Of course you did) Is that FORSAFETY too? You need to get laid. If and when you do, use protection. IT’S FORSAFETY. Where’s the nice guys who give me free ranch and soda when you need em.

I never used to have issues with this place and wish I could give them a higher rating. But for the past couple months, this location has given nothing but problems. It started with them NEVER having cheese and peppers &other GM saying that ‘even if I order two boxes of cheese, I am still only sent one’ Sorry hun, but I’ve worked in the pizza business before &have done food orders. I know how it works. Now they always claim to be ‘out’ of the Alfredo sauce for the ultimate cheese lovers pizza. And after I complain I am ALWAYS told that if I wanted to wait an hour, they would have more because they have to make it. 1. You are NOT ‘out’ of something if it’s stocked in the back 2. You are getting paid to ‘make’ things, don’t be a little bitch about it Also, I don’t know why but this location ALWAYSBURNSTHEDAMNPIZZA and then looks at you like it’s YOURPROBLEM when you complain and ask to have them remake it! –most recent order, the pizza was so burnt that it looked like rubber, had to have it remade. When I was given my new pizza the employee said ‘yeah the first one was old’ AREYOUJOKINGME?! Not to mention the employees in the back loudly sharing stories of partying. If you don’t take your job seriously, maybe you shouldn’t work there. Regardless of the industry you are in, you are still expected to act professional. From now on I will gladly drive the 4 extra miles to the West Covina store, I have never had a problem with them.
