The manager, chris, called me 45 minutes after ordering and told me 1 hour more, when i asked why, she back petaled and said 30 minutes more. I say fine, and I wait 50 minutes and no piZza? I call back and she begins to raise her voice telling me «so you dont want your pizza? You want me to cancel it? «. I tell her, no, i got hungry kids that need to leave to practice. They cant go play soccer on an empty stomach and it reflects poorly on me that your pizza man is an hour late, so now my kids will be late, not cool. Just be honest, it will usually get you far. This«manager» then goes off on a rant, saying, she doesnt have enough drivers, another location is opening soon and she will be less busy. I abruptly stop her and say just give me a refund, she says she cant. Since my order was placed online, nowhere onthe site does it say they do not give refunds immediately. So corporate sucks as well. Fed up, i get the kids ready and decide to drive thru somewhere on the way… I go outside to leave for practice and the pizza guy is in his car on the phone. I started to walk over to get my pizza and he pulls away? Almost racing… They would rather throw awAy a pizza than deliver it. The charge is on my card for 4 days until i call corporate and the owner, calls meback. I tell him what happened, gave him descriptions of the driver and the manager and the owner verified my details,(so the owner is aware of how i never got my pizza and his driver was in front of my house and decided to dodge me and throw away my order) The owner then tells me i cursed at his manager(totally untrue). I asked him to play the recording, surprise, there is no recording. I then tell him its insulting that he believes his employees over his customers even after all the details were verified, he Then proceeds to apologize and only offer me a refund, «no duh, so im supposed to pay for a pizza that i never got» Why even call me if you think it was my fault and your not even going to apologize. There are so many better pizza places in the area. Overpriced pizza with poor service is what your gonna get here

This is the second time coming here. Both times we stood at the front counter without even a hello for 5 minutes. This time a brand new employee greeted us. He didn’t even have a uniform yet. The owner came over and took over. It took 10 minutes to order 1 pizza and a salad bar. The salad bar light was out and i was afraid to eat it because it was not cold. We then sat for 30 minutes and went to see what the hold up was since it was us and one other customer. She did not put our order in. It was another 20 minutes later we finally received our pizza. Never an I’m sorry or thank you for coming. The air conditioning was also broken and the place was filthy. Will not be back

Lousy cheap pizza buffet. They had poor selection and the food was not ready during noon time. Shakeys is much better and I would not recommend coming here. A simple salad bar and maybe two pizzas consist of the buffet. The drink machine was broken so there wasn’t much selection.

Looks like this place is closing soon. Worst experience we have been coming here for a long time and this salad was wilted and spoiled. Sides were fresh probably fresh a week ago. Pizza not the same & beers all out… won’t be back so sad to see this place take a dive…

My husband placed an order this evening at 9:22PM through Round Tables online ordering. At 10:45PM we gave up on our order ever arriving and placed another order with Dominoes. This location claims to close at 10:00PM. We placed the order with a nearly 40 minute buffer. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with this location. Pizzas have arrived late, cold or without the entire order. Normally we call explain the situation and they refund or give us credit for the next order. We order from them at least once a month because we work late hours. This is the pizza that broke the camels back. We tried calling several times to no avail. This is the last time we give them business. It’s to bad since Diamond Bar has so few delivery options. We like the pizza, the drivers are nice but their time management sucks.

Negative 5 stars. I’ve been here three times because I’m a glutton for punishment. Their customer service is horrible. First time I ordered delivery, not only did they bring me the wrong pizza, they forgot my drink order. When I called to report the error, the manager argued with me saying that the order says sausage and not chicken. It wasn’t until I got angry that she decided to deliver the right order. Most recently, they’ve gotten rid of medium and large cups, they only have small because«it’s free refills.» I said I was taking my order to go, she said«this is the only size we carry now.» Free refills are.um.EVERYWHERE.whatever. So I paid $ 1.99 for a small drink, should’ve gone to a Albertson’s across the road… or a different restaurant. Their chicken and garlic pizza is good depending on who makes it. We ordered the Buffalo wings once, they were more bread than chicken, the mild sauce is not very tasty. Disappointed. Their restaurant needs renovation, the carpet is disgusting, the ambience is dark and there’s a musty, wet carpet smell; the tables are wiped but I wouldn’t call them clean. The place is usually filled with a handful of old men who apparently have nothing else to do but watch the sports channel. Salad bar looks nasty, I never tried it. Overall, food is mediocre, customer service is always with a «I hate my life and I talk shit behind your back» smile. 10 mins after dispensing, my $ 1.99 small pepsi lost all its carbonation. Fail.

Wow. Just when I thought my experience couldn’t get worse, I wake up to find they charged me twice! 2 different amounts, no less. I called, to find that the manager is out on deliveries! Leaving someone with no knowledge nor authority answering phones. Now THAT’S a good use of a managers time-doing what he should be paying someone minimum wage to do. Stay tuned. I’m supposed to get a return call within the hour. Well, turns out they charged me almost $ 200 for a large pizza. I, of course called my bank & had the charges reversed. I should’ve changed my card number at that time. I thought we were done. But NO. The next weekend, they charged me another $ 160. My bank reversed it, but eventually allowed it! Small claims suit it is!

Customer service is terrible. I placed an online for a pizza and the website stated it would be completed in 20 minutes. The website even posts the time it will be complete. I arrived 5 minutes after the stated time and they had not even started the order.(Meaning I need to wait 15 minutes longer) As upsetting as this is, the employees/management did nothing to make it right. They just fed me some B.S. about it being run by a company that services corporate and orders dropping slowly. Then they tried to tell me it was my fault the pizza was not ready by telling me I should have called to confirm the order… why would I place it online and then call? Regardless, this will be the last time I order roundtable. I expected better service for a pizza that cost six times as much as one from a different pizza company. This company deserves zero stars.

Used to come here every Friday as a teen but it’s awful now. Came in for dinner with my family. Half the lights were off, there were only a handful of people(all drinking, not eating), bathrooms were filthy, and the back reeked of someone smoking pot. Just don’t do it. Gone way downhill.

12-31-2014(1:00−1:45pm) — I have been to several Round Tables in my life. I have been to several Round Table all you can eat buffets in my life but never one as woeful as this one. The salad bar was fair to poor. No selection of lettuce other than iceberg lettuce that had obviously been mixed with fresh and not so fresh lettuce. I did not even bother with the small assortment of vegetables they had as they also did not look appealing or fresh. But worst of all the selection of pizza was minuscule. They only have a setting for two medium pizzas for a All You Can Eat buffet?! They try to maximize this by making the pizzas half-and-half of something so they technically have a selection of four pizzas in the scope of two medium pizzas. Even though they were not crowded, this was absurd, as multiple times people were just waiting for pizza to come out as there was not enough for the small number of people that were there. It is as if they are doing the buffet here just as a corporate obligation that they must honor to keep the franchise. Don’t waste your time coming here for the lunch buffet. Either go to another Round Table that does the AYCE lunch buffet right or check out other pizza places that do similar AYCE buffets.

horrible service, came for lunch buffet @ 1pm — food was scarse, to be exact there was only 2 slices of pizza in the buffet table. Also no forks, spoons or napkins stocked in the counter — even after 2 customers asked to get some forks — staff was very very slow and lazy to re-stock. Restaurant was NOTPACKED, there were only about 8 people there, so to find the deficiency in supplies was unacceptable. I went to the Fountain drinks to get some Ice Tea, but they were stale, wow… that’s the worst experience, will Never come again. Please take your business elsewhere… restaurant is dirty and employees are lazy.

I was craving some pizza and had a choice: Eat at the lunch buffet at Round Table vs. order a hand tossed pizza from a local pizzeria. My intuition fails me most of the time so I should have read reviews prior to this decision. I decided to come into this Round table upon discovering that they honor a lunch buffet during my lunch hours for the exceptional cost of $ 8.00! I should have assumed this was too good to be true. The salad was not that fresh or clean. The pizza slices were the size of a Dorito triangle. The service was great! The bread twists were undercooked in the middle. The business owner came to every table to ensure that the guests’ needs were met. Frankly, this place was not worth my $ 8.00 but it’s AYCE; what do you expect. So stars for service!

Used to be the spot to be when I was a wee little teen. Since new ownership the pizza is not quite the same though. They skimp a bit on the sauce INMO from what I remember but still is my favorite chain pizza. This particular location finally has up a flat screen TV in the front dinning area! In the back is a big screen projection more for private parties but anyone can join in. Private parking no street.

The food is good… When they have food. It seems every time we order the Buffett they are out of pizza… As we speak I and 30 others are waiting for pizza… Still waiting.
