Service: We arrived and the hostess got us ready and told us we would have to wait for them to clean the table. This took like 5 minutes. The waitress told us about the lobster and said it was pathetic. She was very honest and I thought that was great, she saved us food poisoning. There was a guy who was serving us nachos and almost spilled them all over the table if I hadn’t have grabbed them before they touched the dirty table. She was very quick about getting refills on our drinks and I never had to ask about one.
Cleanliness: We sat down and I immediately that the table, which we waited 5 minutes to sit at, wasn’t as clean as I was led to believe.
Food: I ordered a simple Chicken BLT w/​Fries the fries were delicious but they are easy to make, the sandwich was good, and the maple bun made it even better.

Stopped in to have soup and salad at lunchtime! Ordered the green bean appetizer only to find out they were out of it but no problem with that as soup and salad was plenty! Love the endless salad bar! Sweet waitress who was always there to help! Thanks for a great salad!

My husband and I decided on a semi late dinner here and I must say I have never been more disappointed. The salad bar was ok. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits and it was horrible! Everything was overcooked except for the shrimp which was raw. I had the buffalo tenders and they were also overcooked! Needless to say we will not be going back.

We were seated quickly. The waitress, Sarah, was on top of things. Our drinks were never empty and she checked on us a few times. The food was fantastic. I got the parmesan shrimp pasta. Everything was cooked prefect. Very pleased with everything.

I was just not impressed with the food. We ordered spinach dip and it tasted like soap! Couldn’t eat it. My guy loved his chicken wings, and the salad bar was decent, but the grilled shrimp was literally grilled shrimp — no marinade or spices detectable, and the green beans were under-​cooked. If we ever go back, I don’t think I’ll get anything other than the salad bar next time. Complete disappointment. Our waitress was the best part of our visit here.

We’ve been on the West Coast for over six years where there are no Ruby Tuesday’s. The last one we visited still had the old interior of fun things on the walls.
We ate lunch here a couple weeks ago. Ruby’s has changed and not for the better. So bland and generic! The menu is boring and overpriced. My husband and son had the bacon cheeseburgers, I had the quesadilla. The advertised «pico gallo» sauce was nothing but watery, bland salsa. The cheese served with the burgers had no taste.
Ruby’s used to have some personality. Due yourself a favor and eat somewhere with a larger or more varied menu. Save your money by grilling at home. We won’t be going again.

Long Beach, MS
I guess I’m just a sucker for the chains, but at least you sort of know what to expect. Prior to Katrina most of the restaurants on the Gulf Coast were on the beach, Highway 90, and afterward they were gone and I live near the beach. So after the storm we would drive about 25 miles to eat here. This restaurant has been one of the most consistent places that we frequent. The service has been good and the quality of the meals has been good. I love their salad bar and white chicken chili especially. Forgot to mention, DO NOT use the map supplied on their website. It is on Sangani Blvd.
