One of my male friends came here asking for a trim and the lady with red long hair legitimately gave him a bowl cut. The women here do not seem confident with their work the times I’ve gone and are not welcoming upon arrival at all. I do not recommend going here.

I took my son in for a trim and the lady with red curly hair buzzed it down to an inch. I even showed her the pic of how I wanted it cut. This is by far the worst hair cut he has ever had and to top it all we now have to rIe schedule his 3 yr pics because it looks so bad! It’s not even either. DO NOT go here for a hair cut. Btw she also cut and made his ear bleed.

Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. The stylist literally made me cry. She asked me how much I wanted off (1 – 2 inches) and she took off 5 – 7. The right side is at least 2 or 3 inches longer than the other and she butchered my bangs. I have no idea how I’m going to hide them… I wish I could post pictures to this review. I lost all of my long hair when I just wanted a trim. Considering that my only request was a 3-​month trim and that the damage she caused will take several years to repair, I’d advise you to STAY AWAY FROM COST CUTTERS in Dillon.

My husband and I have attempted to get haircuts from here 3 times and it has been a horendous experience every time. The first time we waited in the parking lot for them to open, walked in right at open and the waiting room was already full and on a 3 hour wait! Tonight will definitely be the last time we attempt to go there. We had an appointment for 620, walked in 2 MINUTES LATE and they had already given our spot away, rescheduled us for 7, then when we came back at 5 til watched laura call up 2 people who got there in between our original apt and our rescheduled one!!! Seriously?!! These people have no concept of customer service at all!
