The people who work in the pharmacy at this place are super rude, on the phone and in person. It’s almost like you have to force them to do their job and it’s just too much… Overall I’ll be getting my prescriptions at a new pharmacy. The rest of the staff at this store are nothing but friendly, be aware of the pharmacy. Those people hate life…

It was a convenient Walgreens when i felt a cough coming on and needed some drops. Its ease in access to I70 is great. And friendly customer service cant be beat.

Just horrible. Being in a resort community you would think the staff would be friendly, but the staff is rude just like the management. Don’t even get me started on the blonde pharmacist who is never helpful and just plain rude if you aren’t a local. The blonde pharmacist we stood at the consult window for over 5 minutes while she was playing on her phone. I ended up walking away and going to City Market where the pharmacist don’t sit on thier phones and the staff isn’t rude. Save your money and go else where

I have tried this pharmacy several times. They often don’t have the drug in stock and I have to wait; or they have a few and I have to go back a second time to finish getting what the Dr. ordered. The pharmacy staff goofs up with your insurance cards and charged full price in spite of my having insurance (they told me I did not ask). Since my husband picked up the prescription, they told me to bring it back for a credit; but when I did that on my next trip two weeks later, they told me I waited too long and could only get a refund within 7 days. However, they failed to let me know the time limit before I brought the receipt back in for my credit. Sadly, in Summit County, there are few pharmacy choices and Walmart is not much better. Actually, City Market, where Walgreens sends me when they don’t have the drug I need, seems to do the best.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I highly suggest you take your prescriptions elsewhere. I could rant on and on… I didn’t know a pharmacy could fail so completely at the one thing they’re there to do — to properly fill prescriptions in a timely manner — and still be in business. I will definitely be transfering my scripts and will never come to this place again.

Great place to grab some snack for the road or some bottled water, esp. if you haven’t hand any water in the last 4 days since you are too busy drinking other fluids.
They also have a Chase ATM right by the door, super convenient.
