Stopped in on our way from Denver to Vail. What a great find. Had the sunrise burger which was cooked to perfection, with a nice fried egg on top. Had a delicious pint of Fat Tire at the bar from the cute bartender(I wasn’t driving). My buddy had the fried chicken and waffle sandwich, looked like a nice piece of fried chicken on 2 waffles, with syrup. The interior and ambience is very cool, we sat in bar area which is very well decorated with lots of tables for sitting with friends. I think we’ll stop on our way back to the airport too

I must say the food was quite good. But when we first arrived the hostess barely spoke us. After our waiter Josh showed up it took about ten minutes to get our drink order. We ordered our food and he never returned to ask of anything or to see if we needed anything. My mother actually had to grab him to ask for something. We ordered two personal pizzas and he never even asked if we wanted parmesan or red pepper flakes. Never even asked if we wanted more drinks. I watched another waitress near the bar area and she must have returned to her table ten times throughout their meal. Josh never returned once in almost an hours time. I would probably eat there again, but I would go to the bar.

This place was great! My husband had the trout special and I had(the juiciest) black and blue burger. I would definitely go here again.

They ran the bar during a BUSY Super Bowl 50, like a top, for the whole 5 hours I was there. The team work and accuracy was impeccable. Thanks guys

Based on the reviews, we did not have high expections. Those reviews are a bit unfair; we found the service quite good and diligent. The food was very decent; I had shrimp and chicken fajitas and my husband had beef fajitas. The portions were large and the shrimp, beef, chicken and peppers/onions tasty. Did not lile so much the guacamole and the pico de gallo. I liked very much the decoration and atmosphere, very mexican, with unusual chandeliers.

The atmosphere is really cool. I like the décor a lot. It is kind of a South American feel. The waitress was really good. Her name was Jenn. Very helpful and made sure we had everything. The French onion soup was not really that great. It was bland and not hot enough. The cheese was too thick and not bubbling over hot like you would expect. I ordered the Cesar salad with chicken and it was good. The chicken was moist and fresh. My friend had the tacos and she got the mixed shrimp with Barbacoa beef. Funnily they mixed them together in the same taco. Kind of strange. Anyway. The place is decent but I wasnt wowed by the food. But there isn’t a lot of choices in that area for local restaurants. So I gave a three star because it wasn’t amazing but it was decent. If you’re on the fence then just go and see for yourself.

Horrible hostess behavior. Half empty but she huffed and puffed about seating us. We all walked out and told the next people to do the same!

4 stars for happy hour and weekend brunch deals. Bottomless mimosas always hit the spot! Dinner is ok– a bit pricey for the value of food. Stay in the bar! Always good! Tater tots are to die for :) atmosphere is cool!

Good food. Unique environment. Friendly service. Way better than all of the chain options nearby!

Had a bad experience at this restaurant. Slow service, food marginal and ended with waiter spilling soup all over me.

How do you run out of food? Well this place did. Tea is not fresh brewed. All they had available on a Sunday night was pizza and chicken strips. No meat or anything else. Lucky to get 1 star.

Stopped here on our way back from a weekend in keystone. Location is easy to find and the ambiance was nice, with the exception that we were hungover and it was Sunday so there was a pretty rowdy bunch in the bar area. They say is as far as possible from the bar and it was fine. I ordered the green chili and it was some of the best green chili I have had. I also had the burrito and it was delicious! My lady got the salad and barely touched it but it was good too! We had another couple with us and they both ordered the huevos rancheros which looked amazing and they both cleaned their plate pretty well. I’d like to stop here again. Food was great and the service was equal!

It was good. Nothing spectacular here. The waiter acted like he had better things to do than serve us however, my french dip was fantastic. My fries seemed dry & over done-even Ranch dressing couldn’t save them. My husband’s taco salad was pretty standard but good quality. The price was as expected, 2 dinners, 1 appetizer, a tea & a lemonade was $ 38.

Nope. Never would return after several attempts at this place. Wouldn’t even recommend to someone I don’t like just because it’s that horrible. Service is the WORST. Had to ask several times for water and missing things we ordered. Had to ask for check. Wrong check! Seemed like everything was cold but what would you expect after more than 30 minutes to get your order(on multiple occasions?). Seriously folks, you’ll have a better experience and get better quality food across the street at Ruby Tuesdays.

Been here a couple of times and really enjoyed the prime rib. Also have had the tacos and they are nothing special, but the prime rib is pretty darn good. Décor and atmosphere is fun. Good family restaurant. Will definitely go again.

Wings n tacos most excellent, service was five star, Would have been five stars but for blue cheese and ranch dressing, both from a jar, skip these.

So funny, seeing so many 4+ star reviews mixed with 1 star reviews. Looks like hit or miss. I stopped in for lunch, as I was in the neighborhood, and all the hypy around the DDB makes me not want to go there. Was greeted the second I got to the door. Seated right away. They have a great outside patio, but sat inside as the patio was full. Ordered a steak salad and fries. Like a lot of reviews say, good, not great. But that being said, I was after a salad not a 5 star meal, so was satisfied. Carmel apple cobbler for desert. Apple part was good… cake bottom dry… probably a premade product. Ill come back for dinner, if for nothing more than to see if the bad service is real, because today my host/waiter was all over it.

Average on its best day. Had the steak with veggies. Would have rather been stuck with any other chain. Atmosphere was lost, not sure what this restaurant really wants to be. American, Mexican, Pizza parlor? If in a pinch it will do but not much to right about.

This place suffers from a serious identity crisis. Originally built to house a Mexican restaurant, the previous owners obviously overspent on decorating the space and ultimately went out of business with subpar food. Enter Red Mountain Grill who took over a space that is uniquely decorated and obviously Mexican-leaning; they’ve been there a few years but still haven’t quite figure out how to be great. Unfortunately, the décor forces them to offer some Mexican, but also pizza because there is a wood-fired oven, but also steaks and pasta because apparently there wasn’t enough on the menu. And more unfortunately, they don’t do any of it much better than MEH. The food is edible, but predictable. The service is acceptable, but nothing exceptional. Their cocktails are creative, but lacking on the booze. Overall, it’s just MEH. Thus I only go here when I get outvoted on my favorite in the area, Dillon Dam Brewery.

OK this place is awesome for Dillon. Unlike other Unilocalers, I had an excellent experience here. My husband and I came in after a long day of snowboarding. Arrived around 3pm and sat in the bar area. The atmosphere was SO much better then Pug Ryan’s or Dillon Dam Brewery. The bartender was also the waiter and he greeted us immediately, there was only 3 other tables of people seated so it was pretty slow. The bar area started to fill up around 4pm so hint hint, get here at 3! Happy hour was excellent $ 8 wings and $ 5 pizzas umm yes please, that is SO cheap for Dillon. I mean shoot you can’t get a $ 5 pizza at the gas station in Dillon! With that being said, the wings were legit! I def. Recommend them! Moving forward: we had blue moon, pacifico and Coors light to drink. Duh ½ price tap beer. or you can opt for ½ price wells $ 2 shots.
