I go to this place at least 2 times a week. I have had almost all the sausages they offer. Love how simple and fast it is. You order at the counter and then they have a condiment station that can load up all the goods. I am headed that way as soon as they open today. I may have to get 2.

Great place to get together with friends. Sunny porch. Great beer selection in 3 different sizes. Sandwiches are simple and pleasing. The pretzels rock with the house mustard. The family style seating is a great way to share adventure stories from the day. Only down side is its a little pricey.

I love Prost! I’ve been here many time and never had a bad thing to eat. Prices are great and the atmosphere is fun. Definitely my favorite place to eat in Frisco.

Delicious. Gluten free sausages,(I just remember seeing that on the menu), great atmosphere, dog friendly, Giant beers? Like the biggest I have ever seen. Friendly people, great local location to meet up after work and join with friends. Easy to find on Main street, then shop in the Emporium it is attached to for local sticker, tee’s and antiques.

Prost is great for an apres ski beer and brat. They are small, so they fill up quickly, but the communal tables flip over pretty quickly. I recommend the sausage sampler to let you taste the many varieties of sausage they have. The classics(Prost, beer brat, etc) are the best, but I’ve never been let down. The cucumber salad is not to be missed, nor is the pretzel with dipping cheese. Snag a Prost mustard to bring home with you to savor the flavor anytime you want.

GREAT food; had the 4 sausage sampler — elk, Prost, pheasant and antelope… Loved the kick on the Elk and Antelope, the Prost was juicy and very flavorful; the pheasant was great but not my favorite. Great atmosphere and lots of different specialty mustards to choose from. Wife and kid had the regular frank; very crunchy casing(good thing) and very tasty but not overly seasoned…

Prost is the best bar in town, hands down. Where could you buy a liter of good German beer for $ 11 in this area? It’s better than drinking the horrible piss that other bars serve. Great food and great staff are the icing on the cake. If you want some great beer and food Prost is the place to go!

Not quite noon but enjoying brews, Gewurtztraminer, Moscow mule, the sausage platter and a gigantic pretzel with 5 various mustards and toppings. Friendly service, nice quaint atmosphere and large variety of drinks and German fare. You’ll find this lovely escape inside the Emporium on Main Street.

We were looking for something besides the usual fare of over priced steaks or burgers in a resort town, this is it! We were at first surprised that this was an order-at-the-counter restaurant. But the gentleman who took our order was wonderful, friendly and very engaging. We ordered beer(loved the dunkel) a platter of mixed sausages(with the help of the staff) and a fresh hot HUGE pretzel and the cucumber salad. We finished every bite of everything served. There are a variety of about six mustards along with sauerkraut and other sides to choose from(or all if you like) seating is at large community style tables(picnic tables) with a lot of outdoor seating as well. I would and will recommend this place for food and friendly staff to anyone.

After having a «Happy Hour» dinner in our condo and walking around downtown Frisco, we decided we were hungry again. And by we, I mean, me. LOL Since I had been to the original location in the Highlands in Denver, I suggested we stop here. I like beer, German beer is pretty good. This location is a smaller place, but seems to fit in nicely on Main Street in Frisco. In fact, it seems perfect for a mountain town. Picked up a bratwurst and a tasty sour beer, which was interesting since Germany isn’t typically known for sour beers. There are lots of German beers on tap, which you can also sample. My friends ordered pretzels and a sausage sampler. We all enjoyed it and got to chat with locals at the bar. Fun place! Also, the German potato salad(served warm) is pretty much my favorite.

Pretzels are amazing! The cheese is good too. Also they have different mustards you can try, they are all awesome! It’s kinda small inside but cozy when it’s not too crowded!

Liked the beer choices a LOT! Real German beers that I actually drank in Germany. Not the stereotypical exports you usually see in most places. And the prices on beer were normal for the area. I paid $ 5.50 for a Weissbier in a ½ litre traditional glass. The real shock was the brats at $ 8& $ 9 each! I asked how big the brats were but the cashier was of little help. I decided to take the risk and try one. I went with the $ 8 spicy Italian. It took about 20 minutes to get it and they weren’t real busy. Maybe it was a tactic to get me to buy more beer, I don’t know. When my brat finally arrived it was just the usual size that you’d get at an Oktoberfest anywhere or stand outside of a Home Depot. It was good but FAR from being worth $ 8 a piece. $ 4 might have been reasonable. The patio is tight but a nice shady space to sit if you can get a seat there. I liked the ambiance, but felt like I’d been raped for the bratwurst. The 20 minute wait was just as painful as the price. Probably won’t be back there.

Great selection of unique sausages! Boars, antelope, venison, pheasant and more traditional ones with all kinds of things added to them — berries, spices etc. Go for a sampler! The sauces and mustard selection is fantastic! Side salads are great! I liked the fresh and refreshening cucumber salad. Nice German and Belgium beer selection! Would come back in a heart beat!

This little spot is hidden and attached next to a retail/antique store which kind of makes its location quite unique. From the minute you step into this location I was taken back at how friendly the staff was. They came right up to me at the counter and explained what they had to offer. Since it was around lunch time chose to order a sampler plate of sausages and a few beers. Well let me tell you that the selection and flavor of these sausages was excellent!!! The beer was cold and frosty as well as spot on… The seating area is small and cozy with mostly picnic type tables. What can I say but that I fell in love with this place immediately and will for sure return every time I find myself in Frisco…

Great beer, great pretzel, and fantastic brats!!! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try some fantastic Bavarian fare. They have an excellent selection of beers on tap, and in the bottle. Some wonderful off the wall brats like buffalo, wild boar elk etc. But my favorite is a classic white brat. And their sauerkraut was very good as well. It wasn’t too sour which is just the way I like it. The only thing that was a disappointment to me is that they do not serve red cabbage. Or other more traditional German dishes. But perhaps in the future they can expand to do so!
