Horrible experience. I asked the line cook what sauce was on my sandwich. He very politely told me and I asked for the one sauce he mentioned. Then the Asian man at the window yelled at me to not talk to him because he don’t know what he is doing. Then he goes to the kid the line cook. And the kids says she wants the one sauce and the Asian man yelled at him and said you don’t tell me I tell you. Then I asked for ranch for my kids sandwiches the Asian lady started taking marinara sauce awake for our cheese sticks. I said no can I have ranch too. Oh that’s extra. What after spending 50 dollars on a crap dinner.

Stopped here for a bite to eat with my husband on our way out of town. When we walked inside there was a family finishing up their order and no one else was in the restaurant so clearly it wasn’t busy and there was no line for the drive thru. It looked like a younger(possible new employee) was trying to clock in at one of the registers and this middle-aged Asian woman came over seeming very flustered for no reason and yelled at him to use the other register. My husband walked up to the counter to ask them if they had any specials(we go to Arby’s every so often and know they have unadvertised specials), but before he could ask, she looked up super annoyed and said«he’s not taking orders.» Her tone was super rude and condescending. I almost asked for the manager at that point but decided to let it go. Since there were no special we stepped away from the counter to decide what we wanted. Not even a minute later she asked if we were ready to order with an attitude. I told her not yet that we were still deciding. She turned around all huffy. Seriously lady what is your deal? She stepped away for another minute and then came back and asked the same question in the same snarky tone. My blood was boiling but my husband calmly responded«nope still not ready.» She then had the audacity to roll her eyes!!! Oh helllll no lady you cannot treat customers like that! I asked for the manager. She walked away and an older Asian gentleman came over. In the meantime they exchanged some words. I could not understand what they were saying because they switched dialect but it sounded heated. He was super apologetic and said that he talked to her and that she wad super stressed out. Really dude? Stop making excuses for your wife or daughter(couldn’t tell what the relationship between was). The entire experience was unacceptable and we took our business elsewhere.

Do not go here. The food is horrible, the condition is poor, and if you do go be prepared to have an upset stomach.

I’m not sure what these«rude reviews» are all about. Sure there might be a language barrier, and that’s something completely different. Family owned, I stopped here for a quick bite. Drive thru wasn’t bad at all, they were friendly. Inside it was clean, and the food was great.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went on Veterans Day for a free classic roast beef sandwich. The guy behind the counter in guessing the owner, gave Me the hardest time. You could tell he wasn’t happy with the Veterans Day deal. Basically threw the food at me. Never will I eat at an Arby’s ever again. Sad…

Woah! The rudest drive thru I’ve ever been in. This Arby’s franchise is obviously family owned and operated. The old guy was outside sweeping teaching a younger girl that looked just like him to do the same. That whole thing was cute. But then we got to the ordering intercom and was spoken to very rudely. Everything was an up charge, which is fine, but her tone was shitty. My husband ordered a large motserella sticks, when we got to the window, she has them listed as small and then basically talked down to us saying that is what my husband said. Nickel and dimed us for condiments packets and when we asked for a few extra napkins, she gave us ONE. We asked for a few more and she closed the window muttered something, opened the window back up and handed us two more. Listen, Arby’s isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but we would at the very least like to be treated well for coming to your establishment.

The food was good. The customer service was horrible. The Chinese owner the lady is just rude. For no reason she just has an attitude. I won’t be going back she was so rude I almost wanted to say forget it I don’t want to eat here but we drove 20 miles to go there. Never again worst experience

Standard Arby’s food with no frills. Most items are made to order and not sitting around. Fresh sandwiches. Fresh fries. The sandwiches have plenty of meat on them. Everything is made by the book. No extras. The restaurant interior is dated and needs an uplift. But overall the place is clean. The staff moves slow, but gets the orders correct. Looks like a mom and pop running the store. They are not the most outgoing friendly people, but I haven’t had any major issues with them. I think they could do more to reach their customers. If you’re craving a roast beef sandwich on the way to Tahoe from SF or just want to escape the confines of Davis, it’s worth a visit. I’d give them an extra star, but there’s no wow factor going on here. One major problem here is that they count the number of sauces they give you, and prefer not to give any. Major pet peeve! They are missing the boat on customer experience vs trying to cut costs. As a result, two stars due to this.

This place will never be visited by me!!! Worst service, meat was green, and they didn’t even try to hide it with my cheese sauce. Owner is very nasty Chinese lady with terrible attitude. Husband not as bad, but not friendly by any stretch of the imagination. Stay away and take your dollar elsewhere. Only bad experience at an Arby’s ever!!!

If you’re craving Arby’s on a Christmas afternoon after a ski trip then this place would be great for you! The food(roast beef and curly fries) was ok. The urinal partition in the men’s bathroom is ready to fall off its hinges so don’t touch it. They charge 10 cents per cup of water so bring your own cup or water bottle. Nothing spectacular but a good place to grab some much needed grub and Horsey sauce.

Standard Arby’s food. Service is nice but kinda slow. I don’t think I’ve been inside, we usually do the drive thru. Almost everytime the Asian man is at the window. I think he’s the owner. He’s very nice. Sometimes overly friendly. It’s never overly busy but they do enough business to stay open. Yummy roast beef sandwiches

Well, it’s fast food so it’s difficult for any fast food place to get above a 3 but Arby’s will come close with their delicious roast beef sandwiches. I like both horsey and Arby’s sauce on mine at about a one to two ratio.

I don’t go here for anything but the potato cakes. Oh my word they’re so good. Like McD’s hash browns, but bigger and better. Greasy? Yes. Hits the spot? You know it.

I was excited that I’m finally going to an Arby’s! So many meat sandwiches to choose from! I couldn’t decide so I let my sis and dad pick and this is what we ordered: CORNEDBEEFREUBAN — pretty decent sandwich… can’t complain, it tasted pretty generic but it’s way better than getting a bad sandwich. It was more interesting in taste with horseradish sauce. ULTATEANGUSPHILLY — I was pretty disappointed with this one… maybe because the photo/ad looked amazing. I think it was the green peppers that killed it. I don’t recommend this at all. ONIONRINGS — the best part of the entire experience! As soon as I ordered I heard them frying them in the back! So by the time I ate one it was amazing! Hot, crispy and delicious! I got the 8-piece order :) I had fun here actually. The sweet young woman at the cashier was very patient because my party took forever to decide! She was nice and friendly :)

I find this to be a convenient mid-way stop between SF and Truckee, especially when a craving for Beef n Cheddar and curly fries hits. The store is clean(including the bathroom) and the food is served up fast even when it’s busy. As a bonus there’s a couple gas stations, including Safeway, off this exit.

So the family that owns this place has owned itnfor what seems like forever. It’s always been the same people working there for the last decade I’ve been going there but my dad has been going a decade longer and he says its also the same people. It’s never really crowded there and there’s plenty of seating inside. I’m pretty sure they survive by the contruction workers and freeway traffic that go through their drive thru. The last couple of years I’ve been more reluctant to go to Arbys in general because of their lack of vegetarian alternatives. But what can I say, I’m a sucker for a Roast Beef and Cheddar with Curly Fries. I’ve tried most things here because this used to be my favorite stop from all my journeys down highway 80 and everything taste pretty good. EXCEPT the Chocolate Milkshake. That was honestly the worst milkshake I have ever had. It tasted like ovaltine mixed with potato chips. I don’t know how you mess up a milkshake but they did.

Whenever I needed to get out of Davis, this would be one of my destinations. They offer some of the best chicken strips and curly fries of any fast food chain. I would order the chicken strips and curly fry meal and line up a bunch of dipping sauces. How delicious and remarkably entertaining. Anyway, this is a very solid way to avoid studying.
