I love tacobell but the one in Dixon is just awful. I ordered some potato tacos and they were soggy and cold. I have been ordering those for years not once have they ever been cold or soggy before going to the tacobell in Dixon. I literally just threw away my food it was disgusting. Also I had a beefy nacho loaded griller and they managed to burn the tortilla completely. Don’t ever stop here for food unless you want soggy tacos and burnt food. Who the hell can possibly burn a god damn taco when they have a timer on their cooker?

The most well-mannered employees I have experienced recently. It feels like customer service is out the window these days but not here. You might leave with a smile on your face because I know I do! Sorry but the food is just ok. Either I’m getting old or the food just isn’t what it used to be

Literally the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have never had to wait this long for an order. It would have been quicker for me to drive from this Taco Bell to the one in Vacaville and order. Very inefficient. Granted we were waiting for over 15 mins for our order but I the time we were waiting they made the same order for another customer twice (which really surprised her because she was almost done with her meal) and they made a to go order for someone that did not exist. Who knows. He may have decided to stop waiting and go to Vacaville.

I ate a meal of Taco Bell alone here. It’s was pretty good and definitely filling. Baja Blast is always a treat to drink.

It was a pretty standard Taco Bell experience. They thought they might not be able to give us our coupon discount, but then gave us a better than expected discount on our two crunch wrap supremes. However, Our cheesy gordita crunch ended up being 40 cents more than the price listed, which was a little weird.
All that said though, our taco bell was fresher than usual, and the art in the taco bell building was pretty nice.

Filthy bathroom, dirty countertops in the restaurant, no napkins but an overturned pile of paper towels on counter, tried to write Taco Bell but their feedback site sucks. All this at 11:15 so the place is filthy from yesterday. McNasty.
