best coffee ever! I love going there and getting a Dutch freeze, the employees are very happy, upbeat, and polite. They also have smoothies, milkshakes, and other drinks if you don’t let your children drink coffee

I’ve been here two other times before I came today and I had pretty bad service than. Today was a whole new ball game! Natalie was seriously the nicest/​sweetest person ever! She totally made my opinion of the Dixon Dutch Bros flip!!! I’d say third time is a charm because I swore to myself I’d never come back, but it was totally worth it. They were fast pace, made my drink right, and totally knew how to keep conversation! And I love that! Customer service was amazing! Also Cynthia was very helpful and sweet! I will defiantly recommend this Dutch Bros! Thank you so much you guys!

The first time I heard about Dutch Bros was at a road trip stop at Oregon. With a large Milky Way, I’ve managed to drive all the way to the Bay Area without stopping. Been a fan since. I have no clue behind the reasoning why the menu differ between this location and the one in Oregon, but they don’t carry the Milky Way! I settled for the Annihilator which wasn’t a bad replacement. It wasn’t on the sweet side so it was a winner.
The baristas and cashier are up beat. While I waited for my drink, they already woke me up with small talk and greetings. They seemed caffeinated if I’m not mistaken, but I mean it in a good way. At 6AM in the morning, anything helps to get your day started. The drive thru is also convenient as I was passing thru. I was in and out of the freeway then back again in a few minutes. Perfect morning stop!

I first discovered Dutch Bros while I was up in Oregon and completely became obsessed with it. I was saddened to find out it was an Oregon coffee company… until I did some research and saw that they have a few locations in Davis and Sacramento.
Well. On my recent trip to South Lake Tahoe, I found a Dutch Bros along the way. The directions that google maps gives for this place is inaccurate (at least on my phone). Must be because they recently just opened this location.
I always get the white mocha. I’ve tried the annihilator as well.
Wish they opened up locations in the bay area!

I have been a Dutch Bros customer since the 90s. Its awesome and friendly everytime. Im really into the white coffee right now. Woohoo so glad theyre here.

Had an awesome experience here at the Dixon Dutch bros. the line moved quickly, Felecia was very helpful and made me a surprise drink when I didn’t know what I wanted and it was SO GOOD. that was my first time trying a hot drink there and I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly, especially Sydney. She has great energy that you could tell boosted the vibe in her workplace. Will definitely be back soon

They have amazing coffee and are really good at costumer service. It’s an in an out place such as Starbucks, put better in its own way, you will have to come and see for your self. 5 stars in my book.

I am not a huge fan of sweet, sugar-​overload coffee flavored beverages that Dutch is known for but having one in town maybe I will change my mind…
First off, they are open 24−7…even Starbucks closes for few hours. Not these guys. Maybe that’s why the music is pumping a little too loud for some folks’ taste but I didn’t mind. After all Dixon is in serious need of another coffee shop in town. The staff is quick, young and energetic but always pretty busy so depending on the number of cars in front, some wait is to be expected. The menu is a bit Iacking as they don’t list their ‘regular’ drinks (such as Latte), so make sure to ask if you want something simpler instead of one of their crazy concoctions.
As for me, I will still go with one of their Americanos over Annihilators, Kickers, or Cocomos…

I waited about two weeks after the Dutch Bros Coffee in Dixon opened to give them a try because I know it can get a bit hectic after any of their location’s grand opening. Once again they do not disappoint. Dutch Bros is definitely my favorite coffee joint. Service is so much more friendlier, coffee is yummier, and prices are more reasonable than other java joints.
Location is great, right off the freeway in Dixon along my commute to work so this is my go to spot now instead of stopping in Davis. The drive through line is a lot bigger than the one in Davis and Elk Grove, parking is plenty, and the parking lot layout is perfect so that it allows for many cars to either park or wait to get their orders and you won’t get cut off by other rude customers who don’t want to wait their turn.
I’m here almost every day if I’m not running late and I always grab coffee for the other office staff I work with. No matter what I order their coffee has always tasted good and been consistent. The owner should really think about paying for a sign along the freeway though; a lot of people I talk to don’t know this location exists, except for the one in Davis so I pass along the word to everyone I know.

Update: I’ve been here three times for the mocha and they have all been weirdly different, but not in fun, creative ways. The second time it was just warm, so I had to go back to my house and put it in the microwave for about a minute. The last time it was hot and tasted like it had a lot of sugar. The kids working here are really nice, but the unpredictability of the drinks and loud music mean I’ll be back to Starbucks from now on, which is too bad, I really wanted to like this place.

Kinda sad that the service wasn’t Dutch Bros enough for me. I was really excited about the Dixon location because it’s super easy on and off the freeway (versus Fairfield) but when I went, it was lackluster. The girl at the drive thru window didn’t bother to chit chat, and she barely even managed to let me know which drink was which as she handed them to me. Half of the Dutch Bros experience is a nice conversation with the people who work there and are happy to be there. I’m hoping that one day I will be able to update this review and have a better experience.

Turn down the Music and listen to what the paying customer wants. I had to repeat what I wanted three times, you would think at that point they would turn down the Blasting music. Will not return until the volume is lowered and give my order without yelling at each other.

I’m hoping I can give them an upgraded review very soon, but so far I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. I’ve ordered the same drink every time I’ve visited and every time it’s been different. Including one visit in which I realized too late after driving away, that it had no espresso. Just pure white steamed & sweetened milk. They make every attempt to resolve issues and the service is great, but sometimes you just want consistency. I like Dutch Bros. in general & I’m sure they’ll work the kinks out soon. I just hope someone starts enforcing a little quality control.
Also important: they don’t serve coffee. I know I sound crazy, but I’m not kidding, they make espresso drinks, and they can make you an Americano, but you can not get regular drip coffee here.
I highly recommend the annihilator. It’s like a macadamia mocha (just taste if BEFORE you drive away ;) My kids love the hot chocolate, and the kids drinks are great and reasonably priced.

There were a few cars in front of me, so when I finally got to the front to order (no speaker/​mic in line) I peered in to the buliding (which is very different from the teeny tiny little shack thing in Davis) and saw at least 4 teenage (–ish) girls whipping out drinks as fast as the booming music was going. The fluorescent (neon?) signs attacked my vision in this gloomy morning.
It made me feel sluggish as I sat in the car. Got my candy bar in a cup and came home. Just not my thing. I’ll return if someone else wants to go back, but probably not going to show up again on my own.

Coffee amazing, employees freindly, music… will get you hyped. You can taste coffee and not just sugar and milk

Best ever! Opening day. This location is much bigger than most. Walk up window. Double drive through of course. Rocking sound system.
Hint: turn at light and go thru hotel lot for easy entrance.
Dutch has a slightly different take on coffee… The focus is on fun flavored caffeinated/​energy beverages. They do not serve brewed coffee, which is too bad. Do not expected an Aeropress, pour over, Chemex or french press from one of your favorite single origins. Expect sweet outrageous coffee all backed with a loud musical dance beat.
It is different and fun and I keep coming back despite my fondness for a fresh roasted Ethiopian or Kenyan pour over. Something about the kicker just makes me want to come back again and again.
