Bought 2 Falafel wraps and 2 Tabouleh salads after the guy working said he didn’t know how to make the wrap I originally ordered(listed on their menu.). Total was $ 35 for very little food.

Didn’t get everything that I ordered. Had a hair in the pecan pie which they gave me to substitute 2 other desserts I ordered. Never again!

Great food and staff. The shawarma is the best I have had. If you work in Doral give it a shot. Im sure it will be added to the lunch rotation.

Horrible customer service over the phone. You call during lunch hour to place an order and you can barely understand what the girl says and puts the the phone down and forgets you’re there or doesn’t care. Had to cancel my order when they told me it was 30 minutes to pick up. They really need to improve their customer service skills and their English. And around here in order to survive you cannot have a 30 minute wait to pick up lunch.

This is my go to place for Arabic food in Doral! Their hummus is so delicious and tastes so fresh, you can tell its home made. Their falafel is also my favorite!

First adjective that comes to mind when I think of Cleopatra Mediterranean Grill is fresh, fresh, fresh! Their falafel is cooked at the time of order. It’s not sitting under a hot plate for hours like most fast food Mediterranean joints. They also make a delicious tahini sauce with a potent garlic kick, and their tabouli is just the right level of tangy. I simply love lunching here; especially for $ 10 a platter. Their evening hours aren’t very clear though. It appears to cater only to the lunch crowd in Doral. I’d love it if they were open late night.

First of all, this was my first time here. I go to a location near by once a month and have always looked at this place with curiosity. I have to say the customer service sucks. I told the lady it was my first time here, and she responded with an «ok». Everyone has bad days, I get it. The kitchen setup looked kinda messy. Visually, the place isn’t appealing. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma, and I have to say it compensated for everything else. It was really good. It was amazing actually. One thing I didn’t like we’re the fried, stale pita chips. I wish they would have offered me fries instead of dumping these into my tray.

Absolutely love this spot!!! Great customer service and great food. I use to come here all the time when I worked in Doral and now I live in Doral and am so glad we still have this hidden gem. I love their Chicken Shawarma and I always add Tabouleh and ask for extra garlic sauce on the side. :) This calls for a happy foodie dance.

Love this place! It’s quickly become one of my favorite lunch time locations. The food is always super fresh. My favorite is the Chicken Shawarma platter. The hummus is amazing too! Definitely a must try for those Mediterranean food lovers.

The food is decent and pretty genuine, but the prices are very high for what it is, there are small neighborhood restaurants that have similar food for a lot less in the area. A soup and a sandwich here will set you back around $ 20, if this place was not so expensive we will eat there more often

I had a wonderful experience at Cleopatra. The hospitality and service was Excellent… The Restaraunt is beautiful and very clean… The food was fresh and very tasty… I had the chicken shwarma :-) … It’s appropriate for both family and anyone who simply wants to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and loved ones… I highly recommend this family owned mediterranean restaurant to anyone… We’ll be back soon…

This place is absolutely horrible! The food is OK, but they have ZERO idea how to manage a restaurant. You would think that during the lunch time rush they would 1) have the proper staffing and 2) be ready to prepare food. I came in at noon and was basically the 1st person there before the rush. I came up to the register and the person just ignored me while he took an order over the phone first for 10+ minutes. After FINALLY getting off the phone, my order was put in. I WAITEDFOROVER35MINUTES for my food. It was a simple meal nothing special, but literally took forever. I wasted my entire lunch hour at this place and will NOT be going back.

What a Unilocaldown, the food took over 80 minutes to get here & when it did… I wish I could send it back. Ok so here’s my take… Tabbouleh: the parsley was not chopped enough and lacked bulgar wheat(the grain, whatever) very bland and tasted as if it had been left out too long. Tawook Platter: Way too much Paprika used. Is that Mojo that I taste? Extremely dry and over seasoned. I won’t eat it. Babaghanoush: Eh, it’s okay. Too soggy for my taste but it wasn’t life-threatening either. Pita: :Sigh: what a fail. Terrible. I prefer Stacy’s pita chips. I will never eat here or recommend this place to anyone. No Bueno!

This is my favorite food ever! Love going here for lunch — good place to eat in and listen to Middle Eastern pop music. Everything is delicious and made to order. Chicken shwarma, rice with lentils, tabouli salad, and rosewater lemonade. Baklava is also good. If I could, I would eat it every day.

Fresh well-seasoned food and friendly staff, what more could you ask for? This is a great lunch spot where you order and pay at the counter, wait while your food is freshly prepared(5 – 10 minutes or so depending on what you order) and your name is called to pick it up when it’s done. I ordered the chicken shawarma pita which was served with freshly made pita chips, both were very good, however I will recommend either getting a platter which comes with sides or an appetizer as I was still a bit hungry after finishing just the pita. I got a small order of falafel(6 pieces) to take with me which were also made fresh and were delicious. I will definitely be back to try other items! Just a note that there was no 18% gratuity added to my check as another review indicated.

I love this place! It’s nice to have something that’s not the same old standard fare. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The thing I like about Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food in general is that you can usually eat a little lighter without sacrificing taste — and they really hit it on the head here. Chicken shawarma is really good, falafel are tasty(and, despite being fried, not greasy). The hummus is creamy and awesome. I made sure to bring some home for my wife… if I don’t eat it before I leave work! This is my new favorite lunch spot. On certain days the parking lot gets full but there’s parking on the side-street that intersects 107 ave. Don’t miss this place!

Awesome little gem. i love this place. very very authentic middle eastern cuisine. Family owned by a middle eastern family… Quick, Easy, great place to grab a sandwich, salad, or platter when working in the neighborhood(which i do). i come here a LOT. Recommended things to order: The Fried Kibbehs are really authentic and some of the best in the city, but they are large so don’t order too many. The Hummus is really thick and creamy, very authentic. The Chicken Shawarma sandwich is delicious. Ask them to put garlic sauce and french fries in the sandwich for a really exceptional flavor(its how they do it in Lebanon). The Lemonade(OMGTHISISMYFAVORITE! i think it has rose water in it or something. unlike any lemonade iv ever had. its freaking genius!) but whatever you order, its healthy and really tasty.

Small neighborhood joint, right off 107th Ave. Cleopatra is authentic Middle Eastern food. very good. The grape leaves are delicious but a tad pricey. The Kibbeh was OK, not the best l have had, but the rest of the food made up for it. The Babagannouj fantastic and the coffee was excellent. All in all, it was delicious but a tad pricey for such a small, waiter less venue. The prices rival Layali Miami down the street and at Layali it is a full restaurant. lts definitely worth it for takeout.
