Dunkin’ Donuts

Thank you for now being my favorite Dunkin Donuts– it’s 6:45 in the morning and the workers here are awake than ever! They’re nice and greet you, tell you to have a nice day, they don’t miss your order, in fact they insist on telling them what you want because the customers are always right, right? I can hardly stay awake at 6:45, and these people here are already smiling! It’s hard finding a good DD around in Boston. This place is pretty packed too since it’s morning and people want to get coffee before work, but they sure know how to handle the crowd well. Gonna start going here often!

Five stars because this store open ²⁴⁄₇!!! It’s satisfies my late night craving for a cup of ice coffee all around the clock. The staffs here are super friendly and nice. Great location right next to Andrew station and between south boston and Dorchester. Love it!!!

I was only in there for 60 seconds or less and the staff that I talked to were very nice – I asked for a doughnut that they didnt have and she suggested another; when I paid she dropped the nickle change and went to get it out of the tips jar so I didnt have to wait for her to find it on the ground. I told her she could keep it anyway, regardless.

Ummm… I guess I’m one of the few that actually is ok with this Dunkins location. I’ve had no problems and the people always remember my order.
Yeah, it’s not in the greatest of neighborhoods. but I’m gangsta like that. I can handle own. Oh yeah!

I don’t know what is wrong with all the other reviewers concerning this D&D shop.
This is one of the few places I’ve been to that don’t screw up my order. In fact, they recognize me as soon as I come in the door and have my order prepared perfectly.
Keep up the good service.

to the only other Unilocal reviewer: That dunkies ALWAYS has burned coffee never mind the pee smell, dirty interior or inept employees. (Whom are all great people actually) or the long wait for a simple cup o Joe. No my friend, there IS other coffee on your block and coincidentally it is also a Dunkin Donuts! However it is tucked inside a cute little store on Dorchester ave called New Store on the Block. Its on the other side of… your block! Either way this Dunkies is one to avoid… especially in the warmer months!

Admittedly, I’m not a big fan of the New England sensation, Dunkin Donuts. (In Ohio, the chain falls into the same category as Hardees, White Castle, and other such only-​if-​im-​completely-​drunk-​and-​1000-​miles-​from-​nowhere establishments.)
This Dunkin Donuts is even worse than most. It smells like urine more often than not when you walk in, and if you can get your order without getting spit on by an insolent, toothless cashier you should consider yourself triumphant.
They’ve burned my coffee, they’ve given me completely wrong orders. They’ve even given me EXTRA stuff that I didn’t order (nor did I pay for, and for this they inadvertently earned an extra star). The occasional freebie aside, the only thing I’ve ever gotten from them that they didn’t screw up in some way or another was whole wheat toasted bagel — probably because I get the cream cheese on the side — altho I’m sure if I keep getting them there they’ll screw that up sooner or later too.
The only reason I keep going back is that it’s the ONLY coffee option on my block. *sigh*
