Dunkin’ Donuts

Still the worst… and I wasn’t even there this time. My sister and my cousin went into this DD earlier today. When my sister made her order, the SAME barista eye rolled and shook her head at my sister. If this is the type of customer service my sister is getting for placing an order, imagine what kind of service other loyal customers get. Not only that, but she kept my cousin waiting five minutes for change, and didn’t even tell my cousin that she was getting change in the back because they don’t even have 14 cents in the cash register. Get it together. This girl should be fired. I’m surprised she even still works here. Are they that desperate for employees? I guess so. Lol.

Rarely have i seen such skill and grace under pressure. The lady running this coffee joint is like a force of nature. It was loud and very busy but I think her name is Rosalind?
I watched in amazement as she whisked a consistent line of a dozen people continuously through their coffee and breakfast and donut orders all while marshalling the other three people behind the counter like a general.
She had one guy making coffee orders, one guy making breakfast and packing donuts, 1 guy re filling cups, napkin, straw dispenser: everything whirring like a well oiled machine– taking orders and giving orders and remembering EXACTLY what you just said while relaying it to the right support staff:
Why isn’t she running the world!!!
Seriously, DD, you are making bank at this place and you best be paying her good money because she is making this whole thing a cash cow.

Never have a problem with my order here. I don’t care that it’s corporate or that the bagels aren’t the best, their service and consistency is what I need after the perpetual screw ups of small town independent guys.

I love stepping up to the express window outside and getting my small coffee. I don’t need to have to go inside and wait in line and stare at all the donuts trying to tempt me. I get my coffee and go!
