The manager helped when I had an issue with one of their products. She gave me the customer service number and they handled my issue appropriately. I do not recommend purchasing the scent portables as one burst in my car and ruined my leather seat, but they compensated me for the replacement which was nice.

Ok boys, I’ve reviewed a number of places simply because they are great places to shop for the ladies… and here’s another. Yeah, it’s a chain, but here goes…
When it comes down to crunch time before a birthday, or I just need to buy a ‘thinking of you’ gift, Bath and Body Works makes it easy. I mean really guys, how hard is it to find a great gift for your lady in a place that only sells great smelling stuff for the ladies??? The staff at this location are always great, very helpful, and while they might try to upsell you a bit, it is almost always because there is some kind of BOGO or buy 2 get one free deal going on.
I have honestly made trips to the Rockaway Mall JUST to buy something here that I know my wife will love… and it’s a great place for kids to buy stuff for Mom too!
