Fairly expensive for an ok meal. Never been anywhere where coffee costs more than OJ. Service was very good. Tables are higher than normal which made a high chair awkward. Nice bathroom. No changing table in the men’s room.

I ordered two eggs ham and potatoes. My husband had the same and bacon. The portions were tiny(two eggs my a**!) the ham was basically grilled gross cold cuts. The bacon was cremated. There was a coarse and curly in my husbands eggs. The potatoes were not tasty at all. Even the toast was soggy. The service was pleasant but the food was so bad that I can’t rate this place any higher. I mean… How hard is breakfast to make? Yuck. I was disappointed because it’s a cool idea, a restaurant in an old workshop.

I have no words for how much I love Cherrybombs. The décor inside is great, and the food is always hot and delicious. I’ve gotten both the chicken pie and a hamburger here, and they were both absolutely amazing. The desserts, which are homemade, are heavenly. The waitstaff was very friendly each time I went, and were happy to take any special requests I had. I miss Café Ciabatta, but I think this is a great new opportunity for the owners.

I will be the first to admit that I miss Café Ciabatta. The owners have reinvented themselves and are now serving great food, diner style, in Dover. The menu is broad and well executed. The staff is friendly and attentive. Way to go Don & Maureen! Nice Work!!!

First time in here was today. First off the nice parts. 1.) Nice décor, 2.) Laid back atmosphere 3.)Excellent customer service 4.) Awesome coffee Now with that being said off to the BAD! 1.) Overpriced for the SMALL portion size. 2.) Food not so good, the eggs were WAY undercooked, and was fearful of eating them, the maple syrup had NO flavor, and was probably run of the mill store bought corn syrup maple syrup. 3.) Hash browns had NOFLAVOR, and looked horrendous. 4.) And once more the portion size was ridiculous. I ordered the biggest meal(they call it the«Slam» or something like that. And I felt as though I could have eaten another one no problem. With all this said I will not be back, and it was a shame, I wanted to love this place but in all reality I just can not.

A relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff makes this diner very good, but the fresh homemade food and reasonable prices make it a great place to eat dine in or carry out!

Charlie Today’s corned beef and hash was rediculus. Two months ago it was exceptionally good. But today it was partially cooked potatoes and the tiniest smig of corned beef. According to the waitress that is how it a ways is ! I really don’t think that when you order corned beef and hack that it should be 97% potatoes. The poached egg was good and the coffee was strong bit for 8.05 that’s crazy

What a jewel this is. Fantastic all homemade breakfast on the S Berwick/Dover line. The Black Bean was closed and we stumbled into this and VERY glad we did. My mushroom, spinach cheese omelette with home fries and focaccia toast was delicious. My wife had a Benedict with house made hollandaise. Everything made in house. Great staff. Very friendly and inexpensive. Go there. You’ll be glad you did.

A great new local diner! Fun atmosphere! All the food appears to be fresh and homemade, so maybe not as speedy as some places where they nuke it, but quite quick! They were very nice about accommodating all of my requests for modifications on egg whites and no dairy, which I know can be a pain! Great meal, and a new favorite spot for weekend breakfast!

We had breakfast there a couple of weeks ago. The food is good and wait staff friendly enough. The service was okay. It took a while for our food to get to us. The waitress only came around once after the meal came and we never got an offer of coffee refill. The place wasn’t packed either. A little on the pricey side for the breakfast and the portions, in my opinion did not justify the $ 30 bill. I had short stack of pancakes with a side of home fries and my wife had the pecan French toast, which was really good. They just opened so they may still be ironing out process. If the portions were bigger or the food a bit less expensive they may have rated another star.
