This store is a mess all the time. The shoe dept is the worst. I’ve NEVER been able to find any pair of shoes that’s on display — it’s always a jumbled pile of miscellaneous sizes & styles but never a full inventory. The sales staff especially this time of year has little knowledge of the store or it’s policies. I asked about some jeans and was told by a sales person that that they didn’t have online sales after I used my phone to check to see if they sold my size online. Then I was told by a dour cashier that I definitely could not use a coupon unless I used a Kohls credit card. When I got home I placed an online order (on the nonexistent online store) and got an additional 20% off. Now I have to drive 20 miles to get the 20% of my in store purchases that I was supposed to get but was denied. It’s not worth my time or money to go through this just for average quality merchandise.

We find clothes we like here, and prices are fair to great, especially on the clearance rack if you don’t mind doing your winter clothes shopping at the end of winter. They also have a great assortment of kitchen items (we love fiesta) and luggage. The store is clean and well maintained and the folks working the checkouts are typically very nice, and we appreciate that. And don’t forget Wednesday’s Senior discounts!!!

I bought a dress here and the employees were very nice. They complemented me on it and we’re very warm. Even managers had smiles on their faces.
It was the best shopping experience I have ever had!

I never seem to find any really great deals here, but I occasionally pick up a few things in housewares or the clothing or shoes section. I usually only come here if I can’t find what I’m looking for elsewhere.
