IHOP

You can’t call in your order because they don’t answer the phone ! Your the only person here and they still forget about you !

This ihop has horrible service. pretty empty and they make us wait for 10 minutes, before getting us seated. I ordered steak omelet the meat had fat and nerve. it was horrible. The one thing this ihop is good for is pancakes that’s all. Waiter did well serving us but needs more training. No toothpicks

Don’t even bother calling, they won’t answer the phone. Tried 7 times, the host/​hostess needs to learn how to multitask.

I was here tonight at 2am and the service suck. I waited about 20 to 25 minutes to be seated, then waited another 10 to 15 minutes to be served. They only had 2 waiters and they never came around the table to check on us, we had to call on them every time we needed something. This IHOPS has a major problem getting people to work the graveyard. Stay away from this place.

TL;DR Get the Red Velvet pancakes!
I have to admit that I am not the biggest fan of IHOP. Their food has always tasted a bit plain to me. Then I tried their Red Velvet pancakes. They are delicious! I’m not sure if they are seasonal, but if you see them on the menu, get them! They are very sweet so make sure to have some milk ready. I don’t think you will regret getting them if you are a fan of delicious things. Do you enjoy delicious things? Then order these pancakes! It’s that simple :)

The food was okay, but there was only 1 waitress on Valentine’s Day night! There were like 10 tables for one waitress! Poor chick was going crazy, the food took for ever, we were waiting for like 30 minutes to be seated and the place was nearly empty! The tables around us were dirty when we got there and stayed dirty when we left! I would never go back there again!
The director contacted me and was awesome! It really shows he cares about his customers and wants to make that restaurant better! Once again thank you!

Terrible service, it is the worst IHOP that i have been, after more than 40 minutes that i have to wait, all my orders to go was wrong, horrible customer service ever!!!

Disgusting, is all I can say. Yaneth was snotty all over our food and she just looked a mess. she kept wiping her snot with her hand. My husband and I were so disgusted, made me second guess everything we just ate.

This IHOP is so annoying I came in at 11:26am and ordered right away. It’s now 11:57am and I still haven’t gotten my food. I’m so hungry! Our waitress went to lunch and we were supposed to get someone else to help and she never appeared. Employees are just passing next to us not asking if we need help. I’m very disappointed on my visit.

Worst place to go at night hours! We waited over 5 minutes to be seated when there were plenty of tables available. Then once we were seated we still waited around for the server. We sat there for over 15 minutes and no server was around. There were other people seated waiting too. After 20 minutes of sitting there waiting my friend and I left and came to norms instead where the employees actually give there customers service.

Place is great place to eat, exception is there phone in order system. Called in for a stuffed French toast. The problem begins when I call in I was put on hold for about 11 minutes!!! At this time I was at albertsons market I was able to check out there and drive to ihop while still on hold wow that’s bad.
Ok people updated this post since I have generally had pretty decent service and people are usually nice also store owner /​manager was quick to respond to my complaints and seemed very concerned with his stores reputation and even offered some free entrees to make it up! Wow that was nice. I will decline the offer so not to be bias. Hats off to him and I will have to try and order something else in the future.

Slooooow! Slow… slooooow. Service is terrible, rude and lacking knowledge of their simple and shitty menu. I mean, it’s 2:55am and there are literally only two employees out in the front of the restaurant. One host, one server. And from what I can tell as I wait ever so impatiently for my food, the host is also playing the role of a server. As I asked about a particular item on the menu if it was an eggs Benedict her response was «whatever it says on the menu, that’s what it is» and I continued to state «well if I knew what the item was I wouldn’t be asking» with this little look she continued to give me (which I took as her response) I turned the page and ordered the 2×2×2. I ordered a hot chocolate and my date ordered the toasted marshmallow which when we finally got to our table was looking nothing like the photo. To be frank, the worst ihop I’ve been too. Consistently always lacking service, speed and quality. I will think twice before coming to this particular location next time. (I was able to catch the servers name tag, Karina. Tattoos on her arms and frankly just rude)

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my waitress name but she was rude and apparently she didn’t like working nights shifts or someone before us got her mad. And by the way she was dressed I’m thinking she was the manager. She was really rude and apparently they were out of stock for coffee creamers, fries and everything else I order and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. So yes my party and I got up cancel our order and left to the Denny’s right around the corner. Don’t get me wrong I love IHOP but this particular location was and will be my first and last.

Decent food, horrendous service. Our server which I cannot put on blast because she wasn’t wearing a name tag was the most forgetful waitress I’ve ever witnessed. I feel bad for writing this because she was nice, but the customer service isn’t there. First, they didn’t have what I wanted which wasn’t her fault, but then she left us alone for 15 minutes before she could take my order again. My girlfriends food practically got to the table before I ordered. We never got our drinks and had to ask for them again when the food came. When our drinks finally got to us, she forgot the straws and never came back to bring them. This location sucks.

My experience at this location was not the greatest.
We arrived and got seated right away which was a surprise because this location is usually packed. Anyhow, I requested the spinach and mushroom omelette with egg-​whites and a side of buttermilk pancakes. After about 10 mins the waitress drops off our order, I then noticed that my plate was full of what looked like water. I brought it up to our waitress attention, whom I believe her name was either Gigi or JJ, and she said that it was the liquid from the spinach. She suggested to send it back to the kitchen and have the chef cook it a little longer, which we did. As I waited for my omelette, I dug into my pancakes, which by the way were delicious. After what was 20−30mins, still no omelette. My date had finished his food, I had finished my pancakes and still no sight of my omelette. We flagged the waitress down and asked for the check and told her that we didn’t want the omelette anymore. She was surprised that the kitchen hadn’t brought it out to us yet. I can’t remember how many times she apologized for their mistake. They removed my entire order from the bill and still gave me the omelette to go.

I was craving breakfast for dinner so what better place then to go to IHOP! I ordered a pancake combo to go and the lady was having trouble understanding my order. I get the same thing every time and none of my other waiters have had trouble with it. The pancakes ended up soggy and the meal wasn’t even that great! Next time I’ll be making my own pancakes

I’m very disappointed by the way my parents my daughter and I were treated today! We requested a table somewhere towards the back as the hostess took our name down. Believe her name is (Krystal). They began giving tables to people, my mom approached the hostess, which was another one, and asked where we were on the list. Krystal, the original one comes up and asks what’s wrong. My mom pointed at a table that was given away to a couple that showed up after us.
She quickly grabs menus and says do you want that table? Mom being a little annoyed just says yes that’s fine.
As were walking with her we get to the table, silver wear after silver wear is thrown to the table, followed by the menus, and at last my daughters paper with crayons for her to draw. We are restaurant owners, And due to the fact that it was so full, I didn’t say anything nor did I wanna make a scene. We know how important Unilocal is, which is why I came this direction. I hope someone reaches out to us about this matter. I’m only putting 2 stars Because our waitress was very, very pleasant sofia!

I’ve been to IHOP’s many other locations.
This is the place that is closest to where I live since I moved from LA to Downey.
I’m not sure when this location was first estabilished but the place is very clean and organized.
There’s nothing I can say about the food here.
The food is nothing different to other IHOP locations.
It’s the IHOP and people who had their food from this chain will know.
I’ve been here few times and sometimes the service is quite slow.
I think that’s because I usually go here for breakfast when it’s most crowded.
They offer free valet service in the morning due to this.
Expect to wait around 20 mins during Saturday morning unless you get there before 8am or so.
Employees here were always friendly everytime I visited.
I expect nothing more or less from IHOP establishment.
