Clean place in the new building. Has kids playground and TV and free WiFI
Staff was polite and I didn’t have any issues with my order.
Came to work on my computer and have a snack. It’s a cheaper alternative instead of going to Starbucks if you just want to kill time or study (Note: I am not comparing coffee or food. Just service and place).

If you purchase a SWEET TEA make sure
you taste it before you leave. They always give me an old tea maybe a day old and it taste gross!

Loved the service here! Staff is super friendly and helpful. I ordered something that i did not know they discontinued so they charged me for a mcwrap which i did not want. When i went to speak to the manager roberto was his name i believe. He was super nice and helpful and actually made me a smaller version of it. I will definitely be coming back here. It is so hard to find nice employees and managers in the fast food service. I loved it!

Horrible service. I ordered the Artisian chicken sandwich and got it on plain bread. I brought it to to managers attention and she had attitude. This was my first time and last time at this McDonald’s. It deserves 1 star but gave it 2 because my kids enjoyed the play area.

This place have very terrible service I go to the drive thru and this is my third time to have to get off an order in sign that’s how long it takes them to answer then they give you bad attitude inside

This location is garbage! They pick up and hang up the phone at 2−3am then the drive thru only takes cash yet there is no sign saying this! If you don’t want to operate at these hours then why are you open McDonalds?!

They constantly forget things, I never thought I’d have to count the amount of nuggets in a drive thru too. The blank stares behind the employees say it all, they’re like malfunctioning robots. Good luck going here and getting your orders correct.

So right now it is raining, stopped in McDonalds, went inside because the drive thru was swamped, ordered the big breakfast, really wanted their pancakes! Got home and lo and behold no pancakes, no bacon, just small amt of egg, potato, sausage and a biscuit, I really wanted the pancakes. I made several attempts to call them back however the phone would not accept calls saying that recorded message that you get on your cell phone. Now I had to pass Burger King and Jack in the Box to get to McDonalds for those pancakes that I did not get, bet you next time I pass McDonalds and go to one of the other places for food!

I only come here because my bf likes to eat here once and a while. I hate their ridiculous policy of having to ask for ketchup if you want it. Hey McDonald’s, if you don’t want to give out any ketchup just say so, but don’t say nothing and hope people don’t think about it. I understand that there are many people who don’t want it, so here is a grand idea, just ask, «Would you like ketchup with that?» Instead of offering coupons and wondering why you average only a few stars, maybe you should look into how your stores are doing business. Oh, and you might want to work on the friendliness and customers service skills of your employees.

Usually when I come here it is the drive thru that I occupy but today I decided to stop for some breakfast and a smoothie. Décor: Actually it is newer inside and pretty big with a nice sized play area in the back for the kiddos. Ok the food… I got a large strawberry banana smoothie which is usually good but today at this location it had a moldy watered down taste to it so I returned it and asked for a mango pineapple which was very good. I also got 2 burritos and a parfait which where spot on pretty good overall. Food overall for a McDonalds was a solid B.
Now the service usually when you go to McDonalds is either good or very bad. You can always point out something that either irritates you or makes you say” wow she/​he had a attitude problem” but not here. not today. When I returned the smoothie the lady smiled and asked what I would like in a friendly manner but honestly I am usually trained and ready to fight like Paquaio when I return a food product at Mcdonalds (sure a lot of you know what I mean!) Anyway the service was good start to finish and it really surprised me cause the drive through has their ups and down (more downs usually). So this place as a McDonalds gets a solid B+ in my book.

Nasty, I sent my husband for an ice cream and French fries, when he came back the French fries weren’t even warm, they were hard and cold… I like 2 mins away… They were nasty… I called the store and my husband had to drive back for some fresh ones :/

I rarely visit Mc Donalds as a rule, but the times that I do visit; I expect to pay for and receive fresh food that doesn’t appear to have been sitting around for days. Long story short, I pull into the drive-​thru and specifically ask the guy over the speaker if I can have fresh fries. Everyone knows how horrible cold fast food fries can be. He insists that they will be fresh because they have been busy. I take his word for it and pull forward to get my food.
Well what they were passing off as french fries were cold and darkly stained. What’s worse is that I noticed one car ahead of me had returned their fries as well. Well I did the same and guess what, they were the same fries except a little warmer.
The young girl seemed apologetic so my issue is not with her. My issue is with the indifferent woman pretending to be a manger? Clearly her management and customer skills are sorely lacking. I asked this so called «manager» if she would eat the fries she serving to people. She says, «Oh we have to change the oil.» WOW.
So in the meantime you serve your customers fries that are cooked in old oil?
I will NEVER return to this place again. And yes I contacted corporate and am waiting for a phone call. Someone who can’t figure out how to manage oil and a way to fix a customer service issue with french fries, probably shouldn’t be a manager.

So let me get this straight… your entire computer system is out of order on a rush hour on a Monday morning and your best solution are confused employees, paper, pen, a calculator and a side of attitude?! Unbelievable.
I’m an advocate of healthy eating… And the one time I was in a rush, I decided to stop by here for breakfast. With that experience, I guess that was my sign that it was a bad idea after all.

Cleanliness:
there is always someone cleaning. However, it gets messed up faster than she can clean. Sticky floors and trash on the ground. Restrooms are fine. So I think it’s the customers who really don’t have manners and clean after themselves.
Restaurant:
A huge AC issue. One day it’s freezing, and one day it’s hot. Today, their AC broke down and the dining area is hot! Playplace has AC, thank goodness!
Play Place: cozy and well situated. I am able to keep my eyes on the kids from many angle.
Employees: Usually nice with some exceptions. ;)
Food: just another MCD, nothing special.

Worst service ever. Went to drive thru. got a big mac meal and a 6 piece mcnugget. they asked what kind sauce. I say hot mustard. They say we are sorry we do not have that would you like bbq instead. I said sure. Go to the window they ask again do u want sauce I say I guess I will take BBQ since there is not hot mustard. He says we have hot mustard. I say ok. They proceed to give my my food. I leave like everything is ok. My order was missing fries all together and no sauce at all. What a waste. Employee not trained well or management sucks

Huge location with play place. Friendly managers. I love the southwest grilled chicken salad with southwest dressing. Super tasty and only 390 calories!!! Although hard to resist the fries!!!

McDS! Like to come here when I’m in a hurry. Or maybe for their breakfast or their social hour. Other than that… I don’t visit it much. Customer service in this location is alright.

This is sadly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Their prices are already higher than other local McD’s and then they usually charge you $.10 higher than what the drive thru sign says. When I have complained they tell me the price has changed and they will fix the sign but they never do. They have given me the wrong order (and in a drive thru that is super annoying) and their frappes taste watered down compared to other McDonalds. I gave them enough chances, not going back to this one :(

Very slow service at this location. bad teamwork. managers must leave early I feel bad for like 4people taking care of all those orders.. They gave me apple pies for the WAIT. I guess.. It’s a nice looking McDonald’s but if u go at Night be ready to sit & wait. for a while.

You know… It is Mcdonalds. what can you say about the food… usually has a very particular standard they maintain…
Their Drive Thru is horible. If I do not check my bag before I leave they always short me an item or two… today i ordered Fish combo and one 6 piece chicken nugget and a apple pie. I get home and there was no chicken nuggets and they do not answer the phone…
I know they say they check the orders but I really do not beleive they do this…
