Pro Image

Came here on saturday to pick up a birthday gift. Love this store. It’s a little on the small side but they carry everything. Well almost everything. They have a huge variety of team shirts, tanks, jerseys, jackets and sweaters. Sizes are well stocked to. I was able to find a Los Angeles Rams shirt here in a 2x. On top of the amazing selection of apparel, they also carry hats, beanies, bumper stickers, key chains, cups, kids and baby clothing and more. I don’t know how they pack it all in here but they do. Everything is well organized to. I’ll be back soon for a dodgers jersey!

Today was my first and last time in this store. I find it very unprofessional to reprimand your employees in front of customers.

This is the worse experience i ever had at a store the manager was rude attitude problem and very unhelpful. I got a sweatshirt for Christmas and tried to exchange it and she would not because I didn’t have a receipt. I didn’t see wht it was a problem only trying to exchange it all the tags was still on the sweatshirt. The female manager would not even let me explain the reason just said no. I would never go there again to buy nothing and I’m telling all my friends and family to never shop at that store in the stonewood mall pro image DON’T SHOP THERE THEY ARE RUDE AND DONE WORK WITH THERE CUSTOMERS

So I went back the next day to talk to the owner, and she was not available the same female so called manager was there still would not exchange it. I’m so over pro image, hope the go out of business quick. With that kind of service it want last for long. HAPPY CLOSING

I think this place gets a bad rap. I walked in around noon on a week day and was greeted by both people on staff and answered any questions I had. I found some killer hats I had been on the hunt for a while.
I just wished that since they were a few years old they would have been at a discounted price but I paid regardless because I know they were hard to come by.
The people were cool and the place was organized. I’d come back if I was in the area.

Lay way plan sucks majorly. You can get your deposit until u pay for the item in full, then return that item and use the entire amount in the store. No worth it to say the least. Dude behind doesn’t tell people ahead of time his name Denilo.

First of all very horrible customer service. I was trying to return a shirt that didn’t fit, and The girl that work their accuse me of wearing it, which I didn’t, and I had told her I didn’t but she still accuse me of wearing it. And then she said that she can’t return it because it didn’t have a tag on it, but when I bought it they had to get a similar shirt to ring it up. Then she went on saying that if they had rang it up with no tag they would of wrote it down on the receipt. All and all it was just horrible, I would never go back their again, and if you choose to still shop here and would like to return something just be ready to put up a fight. O yeah and it was a girl and she had braces.
