This has to be the most unfriendly McDonald’s I’ve been to. The intercom wasn’t working properly and the lady taking the order acted annoyed that she couldn’t get my order. Finally, I made it up to the first window and she was just as rude in person as she was through the intercom.
Moving on to the second window, the lady seemed irritated that she was at work, swinging the bag of food toward me waiting for me to grab it. She never uttered a word.
I hope that management looks at this and makes appropriate changes to make this location better. I’ll be back at some point to give it another go and update my review.

1. Plenty of outlets for your laptop.
2. One of those fancy mix-​your-​own soda machines.
3. Invariably clean and tidy.
4. Convenient location just off Bangerter Highway and I-​15.
This is one of the top 3 McD’s in the Salt Lake Valley.

This McDonalds is on the ball. Their drivethrough is speedy. They always have your order ready by the time you get to the pick up window. Also, they have wifi inside and their staff is actually happy to serve you!
Definitely one of my favorite locations.

Salt Lake City, UT
It’s rare that I would give 5 stars to a McDonald’s, but this one deserves it. The speed of the drive through in the morning is incredible. I stop on my morning commute, and being located right at the junction of Bangerter and I15 is very convenient.
From the time I pull up to the drive thru until the time I’m back on the road is usually under 2 minutes. And I’ve never had them mess up my order once.

Worst mcdonalds EVER! Luckily we have a better mcdonalds by our house. #1 15 minutes at a FAST food drive though is ridiculous. I asked for hot sauce, wasn’t given any, WORST runniest frappé ever! It was like chocolate milk. Then I asked for a large cup of ice when I ordered and when I received my order, I had to ask again because it wasn’t there.
I’m not sure who’s in favor of increasing minimum wage to $ 15 per hour but you’d need to do a lot more than this to get that.

I work remotely, so when I go to McDonald’s I’m looking for good wi-​fi and plenty of outlets — and this one delivers. Plenty of other businesspeople have discovered the place, so you probably won’t be the only laptop jockey around. Word to the wise: laptop theft from MicDonald’s restaurants across the valley is quite common, so when you hit the restroom, take your electronics with you. My laptop was stolen from the McDonald’s on 2100 S and about 950 E, so I learned my lesson the hard way.
This McDonald’s is clean and the staff members are polite and helpful. It stands out as one of the best McDonald’s in the Salt Lake Valley.
