Burger King

I’ve been to this Burger King twice and it has been the worst place I’ve ever been to! Both times I have gone at night around 8pm and the first time I went my entire meal was cold and the employees acted like they were either tired or didn’t care. The second time was tonight and I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal and took it home. I live across the street from this location and I got home, my fries were cold and looked like they had been sitting out for days and they gave me a plain cheeseburger not a bacon double cheeseburger like I ordered and paid for! Plus their employees again looked like they did not want to be there at all! I will never go to this location again and strongly suggest that no one else wastes their money either! And if you do go there double check your order before you leave!

I come here usually every Friday, and I must say that their quality has gone down so much. 2 weeks ago I was at the local skate park with my friends when we decided to go here for some food. Now I won’t lie, we did order a ton of food.
* 20 piece chicken nuggets
* small fries
* small Coke
* jalapeño chicken fries
* chicken sandwich
* medium fries
* medium icee
* cheeseburger
* small drink
* cheeseburger
Now that was split upon me, and my 3 friends.
Now the service, was pretty bad. 25 minutes for all that food, they would not give us our cups until we received our food. They were all out of Surge icee, and the cherry flavor wasn’t ready. They didn’t call out our order numbers in order (we all ordered separately) and the food wasn’t cooked all the way. When we finally got our food, they were all out of peach Mello Yellow, and the icee STILL wasn’t ready. The chicken nuggets were mushy and frozen, and when I asked for ranch and fry sauce, they gave me a purely disgusted look. I don’t suggest going here. It was kinda a dick move, but we just left out mess their for the workers to clean up.

Called in 60 burgers and 60 frys. Manager and the crew made it happen quick. Thanks guys! Great job

Pulling up to the Bangerter Crossing Burger King, both my sister and I were delighted at the sight of the play set (we didn’t have any kids with, but noted it for later).
She and I are watching our health and were pleased to see they have their nutrition facts posted, not only next to the bathroom (+1) but also on every tray liner (+1/​-​1 [a local establishment should be more green aware]).
The staff answered all of our questions, +1, but a little slowly –0.5. The food was done very fast (less than 5 minutes) +1, but wasn’t served right away (34 second wait) –0.5.
The food is what I was expecting +2, but where were the healthy options?! –1
Will definitely consider coming here again since we are presently boycotting the closest McDonalds establishment.

+1, no garbage cans… so I think that’s means we didn’t have to clean up?

Let me start by saying their restaurant is always clean, the food is up to par and the staff is very friendly.
But these guys cannot figure out the drive through! They confuse the double drive through all the time, never have my order right and it takes them for ever to figure it out. Literally every time I’ve gone through this drive through this happens (approx. once a week). It is likely happening to other cars too since they all sit at the window for 5 – 10 minutes handing things back and forth too.
Word to the wise, go inside because these guys are great and will get your food fast. Avoid the drive through because they still don’t have the drive through process figured out yet.

I never really like eating in fast food joints. I don’t know. It just got something to do with the cleanliness, the sticky icky feeling, and the rude employees. But I figured I’ll go in and have breakfast one morning since my husband wanted to sit in and eat.
This location was actually more clean than most. The staff was probably the nicest people I’ve ever met. A long with other orders, I only ordered a sandwich for myself, but he ended up giving me a free OJ and hash browns. No fast food was ever that nice and offered anything for free. All of our orders were correct. Service was beyond excellent!

We got our food and one of the items was wrong (chicken sandwich instead of a cheeseburger) and the rest were cold. When I complained they kindly offered to replace everything, but I heard one of them making fun of me when he went back into the kitchen and didn’t realize I was still standing there (I think it was a manager… ouch). When the fresh food came out it was very good. They gave us 2 free cookies and upsized our drinks at no extra cost. The employees that didn’t make fun of me were very nice. I’ll give it 2 stars because of the positive aspects… but it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever come back!

I don’t usually go there but me and my wife used to go there a little bit since it’s close to home. There wasn’t a single time that we went through the drive through and found out the forgot something. Every time I would have to go park, walk inside, and tell them they forgot part of our order. When I would walk in the would always seem so annoyed and the seemed like the didn’t believe me. The satisfries are also so terribly salty they’re just uneatable. Terrible customer service, terrible food.

DRAPER, UT: Burger King is just a rough food establishment. The food tastes so unhealthy that you get a side order of guilt and stomach unease with every value meal.
However, I like them slightly better than McDonalds (not saying much) and they have those two tacos for $ 1.50 that taste good and are cheap, even though they are admittedly a bit gross, but if you are in the mood for something gross that tastes good, they are a solution!

Sat in the drive thru for 11 mins for one burger and small fry.

I used to love to eat here, but now I’ll only go to BK if there is nothing else available. I get the feeling that they absolutely don’t care about the quality of the food or how it is presented. It wouldn’t take much to improve the experience.

This BurgerKing runs out of more «burgers and chicken» then any other one I’ve been too. But I still find myself stopping here on my way to work along with everyone else. Considering the fact their drive threw line is always out in the street the window is still seriously slow!
If you go inside they have 2 flat screen tv’s that’s set on some news channel that has nothing to do with this state and the play area for kids is small but entertaining.
