I love coming to this Chick-Fil-A! They are some of the kindest people in the world! They are prompt with their service and their food is always consistent and reliable! Thanks for all you do!

I don’t go to chain fast-food often but this place is awesome. Friendly, clean, scrumptious food, inviting dining area and patio.

I highly recommend the spicy chicken deluxe add hot sauce! I believe the operator parents were at this store today, they were a lovely couple, engaging with customers and employees. If the operator is anything like his parents I’m sure it’s a great place to work! I never have anything bad to say about chick fil a!

I read a couple reviews before writing mine. I guess the kind of people that use Unilocal take certain things to heart as american consumers. I never think to Unilocal about fast food however I go to this location once every now and then and I have to say. I am so impressed with the service I get every time I eat here. Whether it be through the drive through or walking into the establishment I am always treated like they care about me and my business. They are so efficient and friendly it is humbling to see. The best part is the food. Steak and shake is right by this place but I think Chick fil A’s shakes are better than steak and shakes. I got some chicken nuggets today. They were amazing. I just have to say. Thank You so much sawmill rd staff for the great service and food. You bring 1950s customer service to a world devoid of values and common curtousy. How do you get these kids to work so hard and be so friendly? I was such a bad worker as a teen. Still am. I noticed all your employees look healthy. Didn’t see any morbidly obese employees. You just have a good hiring process? Or do you guys just pay well? Keep up the great work guys! I will keep coming back!

I KNOW I shouldn’t want Chick-Fil-A. Really, I do. But sometimes, you just really want a breaded chicken sandwich and other fast food places just don’t cut it! The people(teenagers) who work at this location are really friendly and nice. One thing you can say about most people employed by Chick-Fil-A is that they all seem REALLY happy to be there. Pretty refreshing compared to the apathy you experience at some restaurants. Also, I remember how I was as a teenager working a customer service job. They are miles ahead of where I was in terms of having a positive attitude! I’ve only ever been through the drive-thru, which is ALWAYS busy. It’s usually fast and efficient — no complaints there. When my morals are having an off-day and my taste buds are having a chicken on-day, I will keep visiting this location!

Good location with a PLAYPLACE! Love their Polynesian sauce for chicken. Also found out they have a special chikfila sauce, which is all of their sauces mixed together. Surprisingly good with fries!

Definitely comfort food. Definitely not healthy. This place is pretty good. I just go for the food and its always quick, clean, and the service is good. However, I haven noticed they constantly have events from Santa being around at Christmas time to kids nights to free coffee Mondays. Something to keep in mind if you live in the area. I don’t.

We love Chick Fil A. We go to the one in our hometown often. We love the food, it’s consistent where ever you go. Everyone is so nice at Chick Fil A. The only thing I can say about this one, as compared to the one back home is, at our local Chick Fil A, they bring the food to your table. At this one, they shout your name and you go back up to get your food. Also, back home, they come around and bring hand wipes and mints to the table, here, you are on your own. I’m not saying these are bad things, they certainly aren’t, just observations. We would definitely come back here if/when we are back in town.

Scenario: Two kids under 3 and wife is in Target. Perfect place to come and let them play and eat a little breakfast. Standard fare with polite workers who double check to make sure you have everything you need. The playplace is the standard type.

Food is standard, taste like any other Chick Fil A stores. What I love about this particular location is that service is excellent. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and polite. That is pretty rare for a fast food restaurant… and hence a 4 stars rating :)

Absolutly wonderful! Just went with daughter and her family, 4 adults, 3 kids. The place was very busy and we were looking for a place to sit. Miss Sherry saw us and took over, found us a place and got the high chairs and made sure we got everything we needed. She checked back with us several times and brought the kiddos each a stuffed cow. The food as always was great and there was a man on a keyboard and a ladyvon guiatar singing a variety of songs in the background. 5 plus stars and a special shout out to Sherry!

I don’t get it. The service is great, the place is clean, everyone is friendly but… the chicken is awful. Have been twice and while the food was nice and hot, it tasted undercooked and lacked seasoning. The fries were soggy,…no crispness at all. I want to like it, but have been disappointed. I keep seeing rave reviews, but for me, the food is just ok. Hubby likes them, so I guess I’ll keep trying.

Chick Fil A in general is pretty good, and this location is great. The chicken here has a much thinner coating than KFC, so it is much less greasy. So when I am done I still acknowledge the guilt of having eaten friend chicken when it is not too good for you, but at least I don’t have to do it with the physiological sensation of having sat down to a bowl of lard as I do when I leave KFC. We go about once a week and not once has anyone there been other than kind and attentive. I have always been asked if I wanted a refill, I have always been asked if the food was to my liking, and more often than note the clear the table for us while we sit and finish our drinks. Most times(Saturdays) they have folks playing music which is a nice change. The only frustration is that I often get the hankering for some chicken on Sundays. But then I remember that I would rather spend Sunday with my family too, so I accept it as a friendly reminder of what a blessing good fried chicken is when it is available.

Politics aside, I think Chick-Fil-A sets the gold standard for the fast food industry. Staff at Chick-Fil-A are always friendly and welcoming, whether it be at the counter or at the drive-thru. Any time you say«thank you» they follow up with a «my pleasure.» They make good eye contact. They check to make sure people have been waited on. They chat with people at the drive thru if their order is taking a bit longer than expected. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. This particular franchise offers a few nice extras: — a frequent user card where once you’ve accumulated enough punches, you receive a free sandwich — a lovely children’s play area(separated by a door from the dining area to minimize noise) — family-friendly activities throughout the week(although«daddy-daughter date night» weirds me out) — a patio with outdoor seating This restaurant is kept very clean and the property is well-maintained(the store was built in 2012 or 2013). Free WiFi is available at most Chick-Fil-A restaurants, I believe. Accessing CFA while going northbound on Sawmill requires you to enter at the light and use the service road around back. Accessing it going southbound, you use a feeder road that meets up with the service road. The restaurant is located across from popular shopping destinations like Kohl’s, Target, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, so it’s a good place to refuel before moving on to your next big shopping destination. I’ve been a regular for Saturday morning breakfast runs. They open at 6:30, but business really starts to pick up as early as 7:00 — 7:30. I haven’t branched out too much once I discovered the oh-so-tasty«spicy chicken biscuit»(don’t worry, it’s very mild). My bf introduced me to dipping the tater tots in Polynesian sauce. Definitely a win there too. I’m not sure you can actually get a burger here, which is fine by me. They do chicken well, from sandwiches to nuggets(although those nuggets can be quite miniscule). Food orders arrive plenty hot and the waffle fries are tasty and are sufficiently crispy. Don’t forget to ask about dipping sauces for your chicken or fries – there are plenty to pick from, including Chick-Fil-A sauce, which has the creamy consistency of honey mustard(but honey mustard is also on the menu). My only concern would be the lack of vegetarian items on the menu; vegetarians are limited to fries/tots and maybe a garden salad. A veggie burger of some sort would be nice. If you’re in the Sawmill Rd. area and are in a bit of a hurry, Chick-Fil-A is a good solid option if you’re a meat-eater. Just don’t forget: they’re closed on Sundays. I often get a craving on that day and I feel like such a Chick-Fil-Atheist. :)

So every now and again, my partner needs a fried chicken sandwich in his life. He is always a good sport when I want to visit a vegan/vegetarian establishment so I try to be equally supportive during his chicken cravings. Most recently, I grabbed a vegan burger from whole foods and some fries and fruit from Chick-Fil-A. I’ve said it before… I’m extremely easy to please when it comes to fries. If they’re not burnt, hot and thoroughly cooked, I’m happy. Well, Chick-fil-a got 2 out of 3 right. The fries were lukewarm at best. My fruit cup, on the other hand, was better than expected. I’ve also had a salad here– it comes with cheese though, so if you’re not into dairy, stay away from the salad. The restaurant is clean and staff are all really nice. I didn’t expect that in a fast food restaurant. All in all, chick-fil-a is not particularly worth you’re time if you’re not into chicken but there are a couple of items on the menu for people with dietary restrictions.

This place is great for breakfast. Their spicy chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich is a real treat. If you think it’s a little too spicy, you can always dip it in the Polynesian sauce, which is fantastic as well(great for dipping your hash browns, fries, or any of the chicken sandwiches). Going through the drive thru was fast, and the workers are always extraordinarily friendly. They will likely chat you up if you have a short wait. It’s very nice! Remember: Chick-Fil-A is always closed on Sundays!
