I have taken my kids here numerous times and the staff is always very friendly, the games are fun, and the pizza really is delicious! For a fun day out I recommend this location of Chuck E. Cheese, with any kid place it does get busy so I do my best to go on the slow days/times!

Very bad experience here. I took my nephews here. We usually go to the one in concord, but wanted to change it up a bit. This location is half the size on Concord. We went on a saturday night and there was no where to sit. We all had to sit for a table of 2. Some of the employees were sitting at the tables and I heard people asking there’s no where to sit. They just don’t care here. Going back to Concord!

My goodness, it’s been about 10 years since my last visit to Chuck E. Cheese and it hasn’t changed much at all. When you walk in, it smells like a dirty gym filled with sweaty people… except in this case, a whole bunch of sweaty, dirty kids. Compared to the location in San Jose, it’s way smaller and spans across one floor. I didn’t play any of the games but got to try their white sauce chicken pizza, chicken nuggets, and vegetable platter. Nothing struck me as amazing. After all, it is Chuck E. Cheese. Just your average party food options. Reservations seem to fill quickly and by the hour, so make sure you have ample time reserved for your party before they boot you out of the long table area for another party reservation. During the later half of your party, there’s a countdown till Chuck E. Cheese comes dawning with his presence from the Costume Room right next to the stage, in which you’re supposed to shout and cheer. Hurrrayyyyyy! He’s a little frightening looking, and what I may even consider dirty looking, but whatever. Whatever makes the kids happy I guess. Take your photos, sing ‘Happy Birthday’, clap and shout, and after a good 10 minutes or so, he leaves. The kids love it. The adults, meh not so much. I will point out that the staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous! The girl that was helping us at our table was super sweet and was the most energetic of the staff bunch. She was constantly smiling and super nice! I wish I got her name, but she was the sweet girl with the dark blonde tied up pony tail, bangs and black framed glasses. Shout out to you girl! Stay cheerful for the kids. c:

Had a really pleasant experience yesterday. Store was clean all the games worked.(Except the big horse) and an employee gave is our tokens for that ride back. Employee kam was extremely nice and helpful. From purchasing the tokens to cashing out our tickets he made the transaction pleasant.. love that this chuck e cheese doesn’t have a bad smell like the Hayward one does. Thanks Dublin.

Possibly the worst management, the bald guy who is a manager, was asked by my wife where is our pizza and everyone got their food before us, and it’s now 15 minutes before they close and the food is still not here, they don’t know the essence of customer service. Save your time and take your kids to super franks

Took my little sister on a Friday night and had a great time. The staff were all great. The man checking people in was great, he was very enthusiastic for the kids and wished my little sister a happy birthday(he was also dancing to some of the songs haha! Great energy). Sandra took our order of food in the front and was nice and attentive. She seemed to be taking care of a lot of things too. Noah helped us with the prizes and was great at being patient with the kids as they decided what to get. Overall the food and staff were great. The place was clean also(no weird smells or dirty floors). We had a great time, thank you!

I don’t expect much from Chuck E Cheese, but this place was pretty awful. The bathrooms were awful, the staff was not helpful and rude, and I ran into broken game after broken game. Again, I don’t go in with high expectations, but this was ridiculous even for Chuck E Cheese

The pizza is very good, not too salty and crispy. Order the chicken pizza, a surprisingly tender breast meat. Love the soda machine! Games are fun! Restroom is clean. 4 stars Toys as usual is cheap but kid love them. The wifi is so slow, same as none existed.

I would like to put minus star if i could. Ordered breadstick. Cashier has no manner at all. Waited for 15 mins, he went to check and said need another 10 mins. Seriously? No party, no customer need to wait that long for breadstick?

Took 6 year old here for his first time. He enjoyed the experience, but the entire place is filthy! We went early in the day so it wasn’t busy. Salad bar is $ 8.99. Medium pizza, 2 sodas &30 tokens was $ 25.

Our order was delayed for an hour which concerned but did not upset us & the staff was very kind in comping us. We have been going here with our families for over 10 years and it by far is the friendliest and cleanest Chuck E. Cheese. Thank you for having a great staff throughout the years and going above and beyond to accommodate our families. This is a rare quality and proves what loyalty we have for this establishment.

Don’t get the bad reviews, but my son and I come early or late. Staff is SUPERFRIENDLY! The pizza is really good– better than any take n bake I’ve ever had. Also have sandwiches and salad bar and self serve soda and water. Go online get coupons. It’s very clean, and there’s hand sanitizer at the door lol. We love it here.

Went for a birthday party, We were the first party of the day and it was dirty. Food crumbs on the tables and chairs. Floor dirty under booths. Floor sticky around the coke machine. Took 15 minutes for them to get the kids tokens from party host. Our party was 11 and they would not let the host in early to set up before friends came in. Service was not good. Food was ok. Chuck E is supposed to come out every hour at 30 minutes after the hour. Never did it at 11:3012:30 when we were there. He finally came out for our party but went back in before 12:30 and did not come out for the rest of the place in the game area. could go on forever. And to top it off, I wrote to corporate on MONDAY and they have not replied to me.

We came here on a Tuesday early afternoon(12:30PM) and we practically had the whole place to themselves! There were about 6 other kids and $ 30.00 of tokens kept them busy for about 90 minutes. They had a couple of busted games but the maintenance guy was very nice and gave us additional tokens to keep the kids happy.

Went there for my little brothers birthday. Most of the workers looked miserable working there. Most of the machines do work, but you only get like two tickets for playing. You now have to request for chucky to come out during birthdays. Overall the experience was, what I expected.

I would just like to say that I really appreciate the excellent service here. I’ve taken my 3 year old son here a handful of times and have always been greeted by friendly and helpful staff! Today we were the very first people here and had the whole place to ourselves for at least 30 minutes. There was a man going around to the machines, I think emptying out the token boxes and replacing the tickets, he was very very nice and gave us a few tokens and tickets for free. Everyone we encountered was awesome. And the place is clean. Highly recommend!

This is a difficult review because the staff is really great but the facility is unimpressive. Every single staff person was friendly and helpful and patient with the young children. Unfortunately the food menu is pretty mediocre, mostly junk food(i.e. pathetic looking pizza) though there is a serviceable salad bar. Thumbs up for unlimited self-serve soft drinks; thumbs down for the mediocre beer. CC should take a page from the nearby competition«SF» and add some decent microbrew beer and a coffee bar. The games are okay — there was enough variety to keep an 8 and 5 year old busy for the better part of two hours. But nothing close to what you find at competitor D&B. The carpets smell and look disgusting — thankfully there is plenty of hand sanitizer available but I wouldn’t want to visit during flu season. In sum I will be generous with a 3 rating as both my children left happy, but clearly CC does not put any money into facility maintenance or updating, and it shows.

I fully expected that walking into Chuck E. Cheese’s would be like walking into my own personal brand of hell — crazy kids running around at high speeds, screaming along with trailing tails of tickets and spilling little tokens everywhere. And presiding over all would be some poor soul stuffed into a giant, overheated mouse costume and forced to meander their way through the hordes, inspiring laughter and terror in equal parts. I am, of course, pulling from my recollections as a former cast member at a different location of this franchise. However, I still expected to be confronted by a wave of horrified nostalgia after I walked through the door — but I was pleasantly surprised by what I actually experienced. The staff member in charge of Boyfriend’s brother’s birthday was very patient and polite, helping our party mom set up, direct and then dismantle the entire party smoothly and without causing anyone to overly stress out. He was also extremely understanding when our little birthday boy refused to go into the ticket cyclone machine(he’d been in it a couple years prior and hated it apparently), and instead let the party dad in to do the honors instead — and THEN, scooped out some extra tickets from the machine and gave them to the party mom! What a sweetheart. The arcade was surprisingly clean and the games were in a decent working condition. And, while incredibly greasy, the pizza really wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. And the salad bar looked fairly clean and well-stocked! Bravo, CEC! You managed to keep me from tearing out my hair as a party guest AND kept me entertained for the hour and a half or so that I was here. And the kids loved it, from what I could hear of their laughter and comments as they zoomed by. I would consider recommending this particular location to others if my friends needed a venue to host a kid’s birthday party.
