Round Table Pizza

Oh it’s too bad that my first Unilocal is getting its cherry popped by a negative Unilocal!The next time I come in here I can surely guarantee you that one I lost a bet or a game of Truth or Dare got out of hand. I came in with my BFF for the lunch buffet. Its Lent and and I am fasting having only one meal a day and two small ones and I guarantee you Jesus will for sure forgive me for this one because this wasn’t a meal. This was disgusting heat lamp pizza that I haven’t had since high school. First off Mr creepy grumpy pants at the register you didn’t need to come at my friend like she handed you a free sample of Viagra. On one of Unilocal dumbass offers it said we could have 15% off your whole order it said nothing that we couldn’t do it during the lunch buffet. He acted like she tried to commit highway robbery. So slowly but surely the pizza came out. It came out as slow as a self-​conscious gay kid out of the closet. I had the nerve to ask if they had cheese pizza just plain cheese pizza I am disgusting I should go to confession for this how could I be so high maintenance? I beg of you to forgive me Mr creepy grumpy pants. He told me I put all those pizzas out there you eat those! I was like really fuck face McGee I don’t eat meat? Ok I lied I didn’t say that, out loud anyway. I went along my merry way and I picked my meat off my pizza. Clearly you can tell this man has not had a pizza ass… in some time. They told me they don’t make special request and I laughed and I said cheese is special request? So being the good girl I am I ate what was put in front of me but I did not eat the meat because I did not want it so yes it was me that left you the kind note I didn’t have enough meat to say thank you so I hope you got the gist of what I was trying to say“Thanks” I also heard this Nimrod laughing and he brought out a cheese pizza with olives on it I’m sure he put an olive or two up his grumpy buttcrack. I have common sense hell no not eating it. Also clean your bathrooms. Santa Rita has a cleaner poop shoot than you fools.

Went to pick up a half meat pizza and half cheese, but they messed up the order and put meat on the entire pizza. Since the half cheese was for a vegetarian we couldn’t just pick off the meat. I pointed out their mistake and they didn’t offer any sort of apology. Instead they’re making us wait another 10+ minutes so they can cook another pizza. It’s disappointing we paid full price for a carry-​out pizza and had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to correct their mistake. No apology. No freebie. Not returning.
…update: saved by a redhead :-) a nice employee noticed I was waiting a while and asked what was going on. He apologized and made things right. Thx.

Dont waste your money here. You might as well throw it in gutter. This place sucks big time. I have been eating RTB for a long time and this place is just a nightmare to deal with. I think the staff is totally rude, not well trained to handle orders specially over the net, they lack basic understanding of customer. They have not invested in «Knowing Your Customer» at all. I order the exact same pizza over and over again and yet they manage to screw it up each and every time. I have had enough of this and the other location on Hopyard too. I think it might be the same middle eastern owner. Avoid any day, Can I give –VE 5 stars?

Tonight I called to place a pizza order. A young woman answered the phone and asked me if I’d be picking up or having my pizza delivered. I stated delivery. She then asked for my phone number. I provided my home number which is what I’ve used for over 15 years of ordering pizza from this Round Table location. She then told me there were 3 names associated with my phone number. I asked her what the names were. She stated my name, my husband’s name and my last name. I explained all three names. The young woman then stated I should choose one name to be associated with my account. I was like «what does this have to do with anything»? She asked me if she could place me on hold. I agreed. She came back and asked me to verify my address. I did. She then told me, that based on my address the closest Round Table to me was on Hopyard and that she was going to give me the phone number there so that I could call them to order my pizza. (Did I mention that I have been ordering pizza from this location for over 15 years??) I took a breath and asked her to look at my order history which should reflect that they have been delivering to my home for a long time. The Amador location is 6 mins from my house. The Hopyard location is about 15 minutes away. She told she could see my order history but the system says that Hopyard is closer. I told her her nevermind, I’m hanging up because I’m getting a headache. I was changing my clothes to drive down to speak with the manager when the phone rang. It was Round Table Dublin calling back. It was a another woman. I think she was a manager but I’m not sure. She called to apologize and state she had looked at the order history and she would definitely take my order for delivery. I let her know how much I appreciated her Awesome customer service and gave her my order. In sum, while I truly appreciate how things ended, I can’t help but feel annoyed by the random way I was treated initially. I’m on the fence about the whole experience. I love the pizza but I value customer service and for those I do business with consistently to appreciate my business… Will have to think about my doing business with this location moving forward.

Honestly, I don’t like Round Table as much as I like Mountain Mike’s. But this Round Table location is really good! The Pizza was yummy and the girls who work here are really nice. There we a rude customer in the restaurant when I went to pick up my pie; he was demanding a refund because the pepperoni weren’t crispy enough (?!). This guy literally got his refund and left the entire pie sitting on the table without taking one bite (I was tempted to pack it up and take the leftovers home lol). He caused such a commotion that the other diners (myself included) got up to inspect the «crime scene» and offer the employees words of encouragement («don’t let that jerk ruin your night»). They handled him calmly and respectfully and for that I give them 5-​stars!

Ordered the Pepperoni Bacon Pizza tonight while watching the Golden Globes. The delivery was fast and the pizza tasted great! The male delivery driver was super nice, professional, and friendly! Not usually the case for delivery so I wanted to mention what a great job he did! This is our go to pizza delivery and sometimes dine in and it is probably the most consistent Round Table that is currently open. Round Table has always been my favorite.

If I could I would give negative stars for this location.
01-​Jan-​2016 my family ordered an XL pizza and bread twist. Food took an hour and a half to arrive. Wife called to see what was taking so long the manager with a serious lack of management skills gave my wife a hard time over the phone. Will not ever go back this location.

I wish I could put no stars! I have been coming to this round table for awhile now. And this is like there 4^th-​5^th time messing up on our order. I don’t get how can you mess up on such an easy order. One of the older ladies who works there with glasses is VERY rude. Has no personality at all, with such a bad attitude. I can tell with all the bad reviews on here that there customer service sucks really bad! Need to find a new round table pizza!

This has to be the nastiest pizza place I ever went to! After ordering a pizza we went to find a table. All tables were dirty! Not one employee went to clean one. I had to get a napkin and wet it using the water at the soda machine. I cleaned our own table while the employees stood there doing nothing. It was not crowded at all. It’s was my family and another couple. Our pizza came but she didn’t bring us any plates. I wasn’t going to ask for some because we just used napkins. The employees walked passed us, but never offered to bring us plates. Pizza is gross and greasy. I would never come back to this place ever again. Go to Mountain Mike’s a couple minutes away from here.
Only thing good at this place is the ice cold coke!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could! One of the worst experience I have ever had. I called the health inspector on them cause of all the dead bugs I saw there, I noticed only after I took my first bite of rancid old cheese. I should have known better with the rude service at the start, but hunger had got the best of me, thought some pizza before the bar would be a good idea. Nope! I will NEVER return to this health hazard joke of a pizza joint!

I was disappointed with the customer service and policy of our local Round Table pizza place. I called to reserve their back room for a youth soccer team bonding dinner and was told that if we didn’t spend over $ 100 we would be charged a $ 100 for the room. I don’t think this is a good business practice and now they just lost whatever money (probably over $ 100) they were going to make from our team’s visit midweek (not even a busy weekday). I don’t think that is a good way to bring customers in or support your local youth sports organizations. We will find another place that would gladly welcome us and take our $$ for services.

I usually order wings and twist from the Livermore location, but I moved to Dublin so logically I went there. At the Livermore location they are always doused in sauce and the bread sticks are soft and chewy. But It was the complete opposite, barley any sauce and the twist were crunchy. Disappointed, guess I’ll have to go back to Livermore for better care. One star Because girl at the counter was nice.

Pizza was hot and reliably Round Table good. The offer for %15 off with your check with a CHECK IN on Unilocal is NOT valid here even though it is on Unilocal said the Manager. The employee «A.» was very good with the delivery and our extra needs (i.e. plates, utensils, etc.) AND she gave our young daughter a ball and a stuffed animal that was won earlier in a game. So a big THANK YOU to «A» you know who you are!

I took out one large pizza.
½ of king was arthur premium and other half was maui zaui.
Topping was good enough but Unilocal check in did not work here; staff told me it works only online order; no idea how it works.
so i had to find a coupon in website. $ 3 off any large pizza
We were pretty happy to enjoy pizza at home.

Good pizza for a chain but kind of pricey. This location has great service and always honor coupons even if they aren’t for this particular location. I like the veggie pizza well done and extra crispy but a large will run you more than twenty bucks. Will give them 3*s bc they are good but nothing special and for the price you can go to an independent and get better quality and bigger portions.

I called to place an order and the person on the phone told me that my order will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I got they and my order wasn’t ready. They ask me to wait few more minutes, after 15 minutes I ask for my order and they tell me it was not ready.
They offer me water and a side of twists. I accepted them because my daughter was angry. Long time later my order was ready but they didn’t give me everything. When I got at home my sandwiches was told hard to eat. They make my sandwiches with a very very old bread or they use a frozen bread. I really like you guy pizza but if you keep doing my orders that way I going to give my money to somewhere else.

I ordered a pizza for the Warriors finals for a bunch of hungry friends. I ordered at 545pm and called back at 7 when I didn’t receive my pizza. The person I talked to told me they had my order and assured me I would get my pizza in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, still no pizza so I called back. I spoke with an assistant manager and she did little other than telling me they couldn’t find my order. I asked her why someone else had told earlier they found my
Online order and I still didn’t receive it. She asked me what I wanted and I said to get my pizza to me
on the double. I realize now that she was lying to me because no pizza ever showed up. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely amazing and I’ll never order from here again. If it wasn’t for three calls and a lack of customer service, I wouldn’t be writing this, but I can’t believe a place would have such a lack of customer service.

Not a bad alternative to frozen pizza. I remember it being better tasting though. Definitely need to use coupons, a bit pricey. But still a lot better than some other pizza places in the area. The service was good, friendly and fast at the Dublin location.

Places was empty lol, the cute young cashier clearly didn’t know what he was doing, poor guy had his manager yelling out instructions from the back but that didn’t work so the manager just came to take over. He was cute too though lmao.
Round Table’s quality definitely has gone down, I’m surprised. The pizza was just. okay. The crust tended to have a weird taste, and pizza left a weird after taste in your mouth. Definitely was the last honest pizza, but not anymore, because it WAS the last honest pizza. Too bad.

Received the worst customer service and pizza buffet here, and corporate doesn’t even return calls… so, I guess they do NOT care either!
We used to dine here regularly, but starting in November, their food started being made poorly, and their newly hired employees could care less about being considerate. All-​in-​all a waste of money for substandard food and service. It would have been nice for the headquarters in concord to call to resolve problems. Go to Either of the San Ramon pizzerias! :)
