I’ve been with this practice for about 8 years. I have 3 daughters. All of the doctors are well-qualified, professional, and friendly. There is drop-in care from 8am to 9am M-Sa. They will also make appointments after work hours from time to time, so often they are open later than a typical doctor’s office. There are nurses who can answer questions and advise if a visit is necessary. The office is clean and neat with a TV to keep kids occupied and there are also books in the waiting rooms.

I have been using this pediatricians office since my first daughter was born almost 2 years ago. I have had a very positive experience so far. I usually see Dr. Sarah Behrens for well visits, but have also seen Drs. Ginocchi, Plachta, and Thompson. I have found all of these Drs. to be pleasant, and very thorough. They have always taken the time to answer any questions I have had. The nurses there are also very friendly, and have always done a good job caring for my children. Making appointments has never been a problem, and we have always been able to get in either the day of the call or the next day if called later in the day. The ladies who run the front desk are always very courteous, and polite. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room, but have once had to wait for a while in the exam room. I do know however, that the day I had to wait I had called last minute for an appointment, and they had squeezed me in, so I can’t really complain about that. I understand that drs. offices are rather busy, and that that is not their norm. I also like that they don’t hand our antibiotics left and right. Now don’t get my wrong. I am all for antibiotics when they are needed, but I don’t want my children on them unless the dr. knows for sure that they are needed. I am glad they don’t hand them out for every little sniffle. My daughter is going to be two in October, and has only been prescribed antibiotics once for an ear infection. The few other times I have taken her in for an illness they have taken the wait and see approach, and she has gotten better on her own. I also like that Mon-Fri from 8 am to 9 am are walk in hours, where no appointment is needed. My only complaint about this practice right now is that they don’t go to Dublin Methodist Hospital, which is where I had my last baby, and plan to have any future babies, so my youngest daughter had to see the hospital’s on-call pediatrician while still in the hospital. All in all I think that this practice has drs. who love what they do, and are very caring, and concerned for your children.

I visited here after I brought my son to the ER for his first Ear/Chest infection and was told to bring him a pediatrician the next day. We were new in town and this was the first name that came up on the insurance search engine. The care was okay, but I was a little annoyed that it took about 30 minutes in the waiting room and one hour in the office after the nurse got my sons weight and measurements to see the doctor. Normally I don’t judge people to harshly on their wardrobe, but the doctor was unprofessionally dressed and looked slobish. The nurses were very nice, but the doctor I saw(sorry I don’t remember her name) had a default pejorative demeanor and came off a wee bit condescending. She didn’t seem like she wanted me there and I reciprocated by not wanting to ever go back to the practice. They didn’t really give much care to my son since they just had to look him over and we talked briefly about his eating habits.
