Hampton Inn

This is a clean hotel. Stayed on the 1^st floor, and theres not much privacy with you and the parking lot. Curtains dont close all the way. The only curtain that does is a sheer see thru curtain! Also stood in the lobby late night just on the phone, noone was at the front desk. Figured staff was intheback office anyway because it was super late. Beligerent wanderer walks in and screams for staff. The worker comes put and tried to assist him but I believe realizes he has no intent in staying there. she turns to walk back knto her office and he yells” i am
Going to bug this woman!” And she responds, yes go bug the other girl” I immediately grab my things Nd head back to my room. The beligerent man turns to me and is loudly talking about random things and I walk to my room all the while. He is watching. It was really an uncomfortable situation. I was disappointed she suggested that.

This has to be the worst hotel in the Hilton chain. Staff is uninformed and more concerned with eating and smoking than attending to the guest. If you want your room cleaned good luck, even after specifically asking they failed to do so and said it was because we were in the room for two hours out of the eight the cleaning staff was there. My son needed a nap between swim meet sessions. I have stayed in about forty Hilton properties around the country and have never had the issues we had here.

After the debacle at a Best Western the night before, it was such a relief to be back at a Hampton Inn! I have stayed at several and have never been disappointed, this one was no exception! Clean, updated rooms with soft, fluffy, comfy bedding. Friendly staff, all the amenities you could ask for in this level hotel. Very quick check in — plenty of choices at breakfast — all this for $ 7 more than what we paid for the nightmare the night before. My only complaint, not big enough to cost them a point, is that I really think cable news with reports of murder and terrorism is not a good choice for the breakfast room where children are present. But the staff changed it right away when I asked.

Have stayed here twice within the past month and am very pleased with the cleanliness, service and overall hospitality. Super easy on /​off from I81 and you can walk to restaurants and stores in just a few minutes.

This place is torn up but clean. They are renovating down stairs at this time. Staff could improve but it’s a small town

This hit the mark. Our room had everything we needed, was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area was large and well stocked with a variety of breakfast items including waffles and omelets. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon is a nice touch.
