I knew it was too good to be true! The last time I came here, I got the same crappy service that everybody else isn’t getting. I waited for a while for someone to take my order then finally got disgusted and left.

The service here was nothing short of terrible. I ordered three very simple items at the drive through and after about the fourth time I explained what I wanted to someone who seemed to be able speak plain English but hears the world through the other end of a mile long tunnel, I asked for ranch and their finger licking good sauce and it seemed like no issue for this man to give us a couple packs. So I pull up to the window and pay the cashier who proceeds to count our change out so many times you’d think he was trying to work out the exchange rate from dollars to gold krugerrands, then handed us our change in the smallest denominations they had in the register. They asked me to pull forward and park, kinda odd considering i ordered the three most common items on the menu but I pulled forward anyway. I waited about 8 minutes before another car pulled behind me to wait as well… so about 5 minutes after that an employee came out and asked for my receipt because they mixed up the order. They then went to the car behind us and grabbed their receipt as well before walking back into the store. Enough time passed waiting for them come back out that I decided to send my friend in to just get our money back but they managed to intercept him with our room temperature food. Upon returning to my car we realized they hadn’t given us any sauce… at this point the line inside was huge to no ones surprise. So we went back through the drive through to get our sauce and we waited behind the car that was just sitting at the window for what seemed like an eternity at this point. Once they pulled through I realized they were just waiting to get into the«go ahead and park» line that had left so little space for someone to pull into they were at the WINDOW. So as i pulled up to the window I asked for the two sauces that essentially make up eighty percent of the flavor… but this establishment sits in some twilight zone dimension where a place that’s number one item on the menu is chicken and they have no ranch to be found anywhere. Suffice to say the food quality was terrible and the servers were as polite as they were competent.

I’m a very patient and calm person but waiting 45 minutes to get an order fully correct at a fast food restaurant, there is just no excuse. When I got my food at the drive in I noticed they forgot the wedges but luckily I caught it before I drove off. Then on my way home I noticed they forgot to give me my wings so I drove back and went inside. When I told the cashier she said she recommended making a new batch and it would take 9 minutes. I was agreeable. At this point they could have apologized and offered me a complimentary drink while I wait but nothing. I waited 20 minutes and then went back up to the register and the new cashier didn’t even know what was going on. When the original cashier saw me I could tell she got a little scattered and she told me she had completely forgotten. So now it would be another 9 minutes. I told her they need to compensate me so my compensation was a soda that I should have gotten 20 minutes ago and a small Mac and cheese. I finally did get my wings but all the other food I had ordered 45 minutes ago waiting in my car was all cold. Not worth my time or my nerves! They were very lucky I was nice and just kept my mouth shut!

We saw the big sign on their window for about a week«$ 20 fill up» so today we went in and was told it is not available until tomorrow and they put up the signs early. This is false advertising and bait and switch. These people should be prosecuted. We argued that the signs were up for a while and i have seen the ad on the internet. They didn’t do anything to honor their criminal false advertising.

My wife and I decided we wanted to try the new nashville tenders. We came in around 8:10 pm. They had enough for one person. We decided to do the one nashville tenders and one regular. However they had no regular tenders prepared. With over an hour and a half of business hours left you would assume there would be more food prepared. Popeyes ended up receiving our business instead.

I bought this chicken it’s the worst chicken I have ever eaten in my life it tasted like I put a spoonful of oil in my mouth and then when I went back to return the Nashville hot chicken the girls at the counter told me chicken sauce is oil based and I was like well thank you very much for telling me but I still do not like this chicken it is one of the worst chicken and not only that the chicken is advertised huge and it’s like not even wing size pieces of chicken and it doesn’t taste good at all.

Don’t care for being suckered and that’s what happened to me in this location… has coupons & promotions so I used the store locator to find this location. Turns out it isn’t a real KFC and they don’t honor KFC corporate promotions, or so the manager said. She got pretty annoyed with me when I pressed the matter, which I always find endearing in a retail store. I felt sorry for the young man working the counter because I think he found the situation thoroughly embarrassing. Anyway, I will be avoiding this store in the future and I’m sure they’re ok with that.

Couldn’t believe that service here is worse than Popeye’s. After taking the order it took ~10 minutes. Four staff. The front two staff floating to the back in the kitchen to handle food. Person scratching their neck and then serving up food. Foul language they apparently didn’t think their customers heard. Lastly, two kitchen staff in the back making out against one of the kitchen prep tables. So, I won’t go back. Suggest others don’t either. Wear protection if you do.

I normally avoid the drive through here if more than one person is in line because it is the slowest service of any KFC I’ve been through. So I saw three cars in line and decided to park and go inside. I walked right up to the counter and placed my order. After about 3 minutes the woman behind the counter told me they were out of original recipe drumstick and thighs. I told her crispy was ok to mix in with the original breasts and wings. I stood there for another 5 minutes and watched the woman arguing with a man about getting my sides ready. A couple more minutes go by and the man tells me now all they have left in original recipe is wings. I mean come on, It’s 4:45 pm, the start of the dinner rush, and they’re out of almost all original recipe? Doesn’t this place have a manger that sees when something is getting short, you start making more, especially since you just started hitting the dinner rush. I cancelled my order and left. If this keeps up this store will go out of business like the Carl Jr that used to be across the street with slow poor service too. Owner are you paying attention?

I actually really like this location. I normally go through the drive through and receive good customer service and for fast food; good quality, hot food. Something of a rarity these days. This visit was quite frankly, the worst dining experience I have ever had. Rude cashier– who happened to be the store manager. All I got from him was frowns and attitude. After waiting about 30 minutes we went up to check in on our food. I waited for over ten minuets only to be ignored by the same gentleman at the front. My boyfriends turn. Twenty minutes later we finally have our food! The manager accidentally gave our order to another customer. And didn’t tell us, or apologize. In fact the kid from the back finally got us our food, apologized and threw in some extra cookies and chicken. The manager who had been smoozing with other customers and handing out bag after bag or food to everyone else but us, had suddenly disappeared. Wow. So all in all, we spent a good hour in the store, got our food, and left feeling angry and hungry. Kudos to the kid from the back. Sorry you work for such a jerk. Especially one who pawned off upset customers on you. I don’t think I’ll be going back here.

Service sucked… Very immature staff who couldn’t get a simple order right. Waited for about 15 mins for food because after we ordered they«forgot to make it» the guy before me ordered cheese fries and they gave him cheese curds instead… he had been there much longer than us and still was waiting after we finally got our food… The manager was shouting orders the whole time to remember to clean bathroom etc… people were swearing in back and blaming each other for not getting orders right… The food was surprisingly good, but then again it’s not that hard to make when the majority is already done by the company. Kind of a weird experience… Won’t be back to this one

Whoa! What happened to this place?! All new crew. Some of the employees are extremely rude, especially the guy name Brendon who’s supposedly the«team trainer» needs to learn how to politely communicate to customers. I also observed Employees on cell phones, openly using profanity and complaining about customers. Not a good experience.

The worst customer service I’ve expieranced!!! First I walk up to The register not even greeted, even though employee was standing there. He does hold on I’ll be right with you. Then walks over and sits down which looks like to be with the manager. Then another employee comes up and starts yelling across the restaurant, to what I presume is the manager about needing a key(mind you manager is sitting down at the table) Then an elderly lady comes up to get her food and asked if she gets a cookie, since it was included and not in her bad and the employee says yes then throws it in her bag. Then I finally got my order, it was wrong. So I returned it and then the girl who made it threw it at the wall into the garage. And started arguing with the cashier about how he didn’t mark it right because I asked for no gravy. 2 employees were standing in the back, one on their phone and the other cussing. I heard f*** this 4 times from both of them. I’m absolutely appalled. They touched their phones than proceeded to touch food. I can’t believe this establishment is still open. I will NOT be returning.

Start with the long long line. Manager, not doing anything(till the guard truck came in). One guy on the drive through, one guy on CASH register, one girl filling orders. The guy working the register, then goes to fill an order. He does not bother to WASH his hands after handling cash. YUK. I ask to speak to manager, to tell her the violation of the heath code, she speaks to him. the guy in front of me has already left for the slow service. I would of left, but I needed gift card for a present. Finally the non wash his hands guy goes to help the next person, only to instead, march out of the store mad. Now the manager steps in to work the register. After 20 min. I finally get to the register(at the FAST food establishment). ask for gift cards only to find out they are OUT. No customer service what so ever, not a place I would want to eat at, and so so slow. Take a hint and work on your dinning establishment.

This place has terrible service for their drive-thru customers. We ordered a 2pc chicken combo and 12 pc mixed combo for dinner. We go around to pick up our food and they forget to give us our drinks. I had to ask the guy 3 times before he acknowledged my request and realized that they missed our order. Upon unpacking our orders at home(at San Ramon), we realized that they missed one of our large side. I specifically asked for the corn on the cob because my toddler loves it. Make sure you check your orders before leaving. It’s not worth the hassle to drive back to this place or buying from this KFC location in the future.

I was craving some chicken tenders and didn’t want to have to go in anywhere. So I thought of kfc, so I ordered the chicken tenders and they are all out. So I asked for the popcorn chicken meal with cole slaw a drink and a hot dog for my dog. So I get to the window she hands me two drinks, and I told her I only wanted one. So she took the other one and still charged me for two. So I asked her for something to replace the extra soda I was charged for. And she was nice and did that. So I drive away and realize I didn’t get cole slaw I got mashed potatoes. I should have checked the order, but I was just so over kfc by that point I just wanted to drive away and eat my chicken in peace. Overall, disappointing. Especially when I barely eat fast food and get a craving.

My KFC bowl was yummy and they offer a free hamburger as walk-in(text to enter for code) my friend received the most dissatisfying pieces of chicken strips I have ever scene. Looked like there where flatted by a 100 pound weight before cooked. There are flys in the seating area, dirty tables in the store and a annoying beeping that never stops. Two stars is generous and that only for the free burger.

Unfortunately, the employees at this location have proven their Unilocalers correct. These kids have a lot to learn about good customer service! After mentioning that they should read their Unilocal reviews, the girl who was supposedly training the new guy said, «yeah». Very sad They get 2 stars for quick service though!
